Beautiful location! Good food and cocktails, comfortable seats, which is a good thing because the service was very slow! I didn't mind lingering on a beautiful night as the sun set, but if I'd been in any kind of rush it would have been a problem. Servers were very nice and friendly and made an excellent menu suggestion for us.

Drinks not great. Food was barely warm and not tasty. We didn't finish what we ordered, left and found another place. Very disappointing for a special night out.

We stayed there a couple of months ago and enjoyed everything about it. It's not 5 star luxury but the staff was super helpful, the room was nice and clean, beds were comfy and I would certainly stay there again!

This hotel is NOT a luxury hotel although you pay luxury prices. First the lobby, the furniture is falling apart. It looks nice until you sit in it. The arms of the chairs are hollow from overuse. Now about the room, no fridge, no microwave, coffee maker only makes expresso shots. If you want an actual cup of coffee you have to go to the bar/restaurant and pay for it. There is supposed to be a spa, in fact, they even sent us a coupon for $50 off on a facial or massage at the Exhale Spa. I called to book a facial. Days later they called me back to tell me that they were remodeling and were not doing facials or massages! That was the only reason my daughter booked that hotel. We were sorely disappointed and feel that hotel is a farce. Find another one. Two stars-barely.

We just wanted something light & quick before going to a show. We were promptly seated & served. Soup, salad & tuna were excellent and there was a nice variety of cocktail's. Perfect for what we wanted and we would return for a leisurely dinner in the future.

Do not recommend this horrible hotel. Customer Service, they have none. Front desk staff need to work on their choice of words. Information they are putting out is incorrect. Manager never came on duty in the 3 days to talk to and was told multiple times they would call me. Hotel needs new leadership. I travel alot and Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the money and heartache.

The food and service here was absolutely horrible. My family and I had breakfast here and the service was terrible, the eggs were not real eggs, and the cinnamon rolls had to be sent back as they were stale and hard as a rock. No cream or sugar for coffee, and never saw a waitress after our initial order. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The place is always empty outside when I walk by. Now I know why. Poor service.

The restaurant looks nice inside, but it was a sunny afternoon, so my wife and I tried to order cocktails on the (nearly empty) patio. Waitress refused to serve us drinks unless we ordered food. "It's the law here, sir". She didn't realize I live here. No such law. Will let friends/family know not to visit.

My husband and I stayed at the Battery Wharf Hotel in Boston. Been staying at Boston hotels for over 20 years. This was the worse hotel experience we ever had. Booked a premier room with harbor view. Gave us a room with a parking lot view. Demanded a new room. The first thing the front desk manager said to me upon my request was, "Did you touch anything in the room?". Really!! The windows did not have screens so did not bother trying to open. And not having screens on windows is a violation of building codes. Hair dryer was filled with grease and hair. 2nd night thought we would stay in and try hotel restaurant for dinner. They served us a fried cold rubber ball that was called their fish and chips. The scrod was the same cold rubber ball. We got up and left and had to eat out late at another hotel in the area. You have to leave the hotel to use the gym. The gym does not have a bathroom. The attached spa business has a bathroom to use but does not open until 8am on weekends and 730am weekdays. Had to leave the gym building to go back outside to main building to use the bathroom. The bathroom door in our room is like 2 barn style doors that slide to the right and left on the wall. But there is no bottom track, so the doors wobble back and forth hitting the wall. Every time you get up to use the bathroom at night you wake up your partner with the sound of pounding doors hitting the wall. When you shower you can see the paint chips that fall from the shower ceiling. The wallpaper throughout the bathroom is peeling off. See the pictures This place was a nightmare. Sunday morning, and I was so tired. No sleep last night. The walls are so thin you can hear people's complete conversations, party noises and more all night long. I am not a religious person but please any gods out there save me from this nightmare hotel. I promise I will be writing about this for the next year on every possible social media platform. This experience was torturing, and it needs a blog to give the real reviews on Google and their website a voice. These are pictures of the gross bathroom

We sat out side and the service by Courtney was great. It was a beautiful night and the food was good. Great atmosphere.
