My husband and I stayed at the Battery Wharf Hotel in Boston. Been staying at Boston hotels for over 20 years. This was the worse hotel experience we ever had.
Booked a premier room with harbor view. Gave us a room with a parking lot view. Demanded a new room. The first thing the front desk manager said to me upon my request was, "Did you touch anything in the room?". Really!!
The windows did not have screens so did not bother trying to open. And not having screens...
Love the breakfast! I had the bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, and red onions. Very generous portions, fresh and delicious. The cinnamon roll was fresh and delicious, and the Boston creme pie french toast was a delicious treat. Also excellent was the fresh made jam and the maple butter which were all pleasant surprises on the table.
My husband and I had a great experience at the Battery Wharf was excellent. It was my birthday and everyone wished my a Happy Birthday! They surprised me with a glass of proseco!! ( : The food was delicious!! Thank you. We will be back!!
