found this place by accident but now i'm a regular customer! their pasta has that authentic texture that's so hard to find—slightly resistant yet tender, just like in italy.
What sets this place apart is their commitment to proper pasta cooking. That elusive al dente texture is consistently achieved, creating the perfect foundation for their excellent sauces.
I stumbled across BE Pasta Bar with friends and was so glad I did! The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food was fresh and delicious, the prices reasonable, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I had the chicken, broccoli Alfredo with fusilli pasta and it was delicious.
