I have tried to pause or cancel my subscription multiple times, it said I had done so successfully, but then I continued to get charged and get shipments. This month I emailed someone and they told me it was cancelled, yet this morning I just got charged for it yet again. I am so angry that a company would do this. Definitely beware if you buy this product. I actually liked the product…just didn’t use it daily so I have an overflow, but I will never subscribe or purchase again...read full review

The WORST customer service I have dealt with in YEARS! I ordered hoping this would help me to get off prescription sleep aid.
