The WORST customer service I have dealt with in YEARS! I ordered hoping this would help me to get off prescription sleep aid. It didn't and I didn't like the taste (I did try several from the variety pack). I forgot I had subscribed until I received an email on Dec 8th letting me know it would be shipping on December 13th. I contacted CS THE SAME DAY I received the email (Dec 8th) telling them to cancel the order, I did not want it. The response I received several days before shipment was they could not accept returns. IT WASN'T A RETURN SINCE IT HADN'T EVEN LEFT THEIR FACILITY! Plus what company does not have at least a 30 day return guarantee??? I wasn't even asking to return the other packets I won't be using. The new order is now due to be delivered today, December 16th AND I DON'T WANT THE STUFF!!! I WILL NOT BE USING IT AND I AM JUST OUT THE MONEY! I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! WILL DEFINITELY LET ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have tried to pause or cancel my subscription multiple times, it said I had done so successfully, but then I continued to get charged and get shipments. This month I emailed someone and they told me it was cancelled, yet this morning I just got charged for it yet again. I am so angry that a company would do this. Definitely beware if you buy this product. I actually liked the product…just didn’t use it daily so I have an overflow, but I will never subscribe or purchase again based on their costumer service and being charged so much for a product I didn’t want.

Better Focus & Sleep - I have used "The One" for over 5 years. I have better focus throughout the day. I don't have any racing thoughts when I hit the pillow at night. I highly recommend Beam and this product.

Haven't received my package yet and I'm advised to go to the post office and claim it myself - so much for online orders!! Can't even send a new package to make up for the undelivered one. Worst online shopping experience ever!
