Pastrami Reuben was šŸ‘Œ

Rating the airport branch. Never a good thing to place an order and watch the crew bring a tote of pastrami from the cooler to dump in the warmer. Still cold when it made it to me. Nice folks serving, but not enough of them. 19$ is a lot for a cold hot pastrami sandwich with nothing on the side.

My go to now every time I’m around Faneuil hall. Try the Thanksgiving sandwich

Really good pastrami, but the portions were pretty small.

This was one if the best pastrami sandwiches I've had. Normally pastrami I've had from the deli is thinly sliced, this was more like chopped brisket, but had all the flavor of deli pastrami, it was great. If your hungry don't be cheap, get the half pound sandwich. I did light rye, deli mustard but only did 1/3 pound, should have gone half. The 1/4 pound wouldn't be enough for most folks. Great customer service and great simple sandwich.

Really loved it. Had a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread, which was unexpected and great. Bag of chips and a local side for a reasonable price. In The Boston Public Market, which is pretty good for lunch . Nice atmosphere, better food than the Hall around the corner. And this is one of the better places for lunch inside. Dude making the sandwiches has made a few in his time.. added to the ā€œambienceā€.

The Google listing says that the hours were confirmed by phone call eight weeks ago and it indicates that this restaurant is open until 8:00 pm on Fridays. I arrived at 7:35 pm and was told that they were closed and not able to make a sandwich because it was less than 30 minutes prior to 8:00. There is nothing on the listing or the website that indicates you need to be there a certain time before closing to place your order. Additionally, this is a fast casual restaurant so closing the ā€˜kitchen’ 30 minutes prior to the official closing time is ridiculous. I left hungry and empty handed. Terrible service.

Amazing Pastrami the flavor and ingredients were delicious. One of the best I have ever had.

The pictures are misleading. There was at best two thin slivers of pastrami on our reuben. Tasted good, but for 16 dollars I was hoping for more... Update: They reached out and refunded our money for the sandwich that did not meet our expectations. Great customer service. Removing the item that we were not pleased with from the calculation (given the refund), the overall review goes from three to four stars. Thank you.

VERY flavorless and underwhelming pastrami. Got 3 different sandwiches, and 3 of us being from NY were hyped to taste it. We all were disappointed in the lack of flavor and size of sandwich. At best, it was chopped beef style and not slices like a traditional sandwich.

I’ve had a Reuben and it was good. I was excited to try the Thanksgiving but unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming. I think it needs more cranberry as the only way I knew it was there was visually. I’m not a chef but pretty sure an easy way to improve the sandwich would be to increase the stuffing content by 20-30% and double (maybe even triple) the cranberry. I won’t criticize portions because they’re probably paying insane rent for that location and of course inflation is hurting everyone however I would comment I’d have no issue paying +$1 to get the extra stuffing and cranberry. It should also make the sandwich more appetizing, filling, and balanced. Right now the turkey dominates, also a bit salty but if there’s some sweetness to the cranberry it would balance it out nicely. Sorry for the poor pic but I got hungry before I could think to take a shot : ) oh also the staff were nice, 5 stars for them

Edit - I tried the cranberry by itself (as close as I could get), I think they’re going for a tart taste and not sweet so maybe my comment isn’t relevant)

The sandwich is good on its own right, but for what I paid it was lacking. The menu had there specialty sandwiches listed as $15, but after taxes they are closer to $18. The flavor is good, but as others have mentioned the sandwich is simply not worth the almost $20 with no drink or chips included. There are better options in the market for that price.

For the price I paid, the amount of meat was very sad. While it all tasted very good the meat amount was very disappointing. Lol it was like a slice of corned beef and a slice of pastrami. Maybe it was an off day but I don't see myself being in boston anytime soon to give it another shot.
