I was disappointed by my experience at Beard Papas. I didn’t expect the puffs to be hard and cold. It wasn’t very flavorful, and I wouldn’t get it again for $6 :(

Small space with lots of pastries freshly baked. A bit understaffed but they really try their best to take care of us customers. It'll help if we all help put the trash away nicely. Yummy food and cute place to chill. Free Wi-Fi. No bathrooms.

Thursday, January 22, 2026 around 8:30 pm. The female cashier acted like we were some second class citizens, too unworthy of her service. As if we were some pickup/delivery personnel too below her level. Though, even if we were indeed mere pickup/delivery personnel, she should still at minimal show some basic human decency and some greetings or a mere smile at the very minimum.

We got the dubai chocolate one and I expected there is a chocolate cream inside since in the picutere it has chocolate cream inside. but We got it with classic vanila cream without any saying from the cashier guy. he should ask at lease we are out of the cream is it ok if you get the vanila cream instead of chocolate cream. The worker seems like playing with the phone and no cares about customrr comes in at all. I dont think i will come again bc of this experience

Ordered the mini cream puffs, but they are quite mid to me—and the texture of the shell is different from the ones I’ve had in Asia (or maybe the ones I got just went stale/dried out). I think frozen cream puffs from grocery stores tasted fresher than this. Can’t really taste the green tea in the green tea coating either (a green tea flavored KitKat would have a stronger green tea flavor)

Absolutely delicious! These were the best cream puffs I have ever had. I even went to beard papas in asia but I preferred this location. The cream is incredible. And chocolate is thick and delicious.

Chocolate fondant was disappointing. The inside wasn’t molten chocolate; it was fully cooked. The size was also too small for $5. The puffs were better.

Terrible service the girl working there is clueless.
I picked up too good to go today, and the staff gave me a bag without puffs. There were some snacks and candy which didn’t even sell in their store! It’s ridiculous and so weird. I don’t think just because I bought a surprise bag means I deserve this kind of service and food. Please see this comment and improve your training, thank you. Their puffs are really good actually.
I also found out that all the snacks and candy are expired…… What the heck?! Is that really your business culture to give expired things to customers?

I would rate 4.5 stars. We got the raspberry cream puff. I've had beard papas a lot in Japan. This one is close! The Japanese one tasted better in my memory but that could just be you know, being in Japan. Makes everything taste better to me. This cream puff was pretty fresh, not warm but was obviously made that day. The cream is silky and smooth and rich and has vanilla beans in it. I'm reading it slightly lower because the topping was not my favorite. The raspberry topping was like an icing sugar but it was very artificial tasting. I just wish more places would do a natural real raspberry, like that nice tart tanginess.

This shop shares room with Teazzi so the space is limited and could be very crowded on a busy day. Inside seats are stepped seating so if you are in a big group you might want to find seats outside.
