Had lunch here and the service was fantastic, food was excellent and the vino was just as good. Highly recommend for a lovely comfortable casual experience 5 🌟
I loved everything about this restaurant! The food was amazing and plentiful, and the atmosphere was charming and inviting, as were all the staff. There were six of us, and we all ordered different food and tried each other. Everything was great!

The restaurant and menu and prices are nothing like what is listed on line. I think the old Bella vista got taken over by Saraceno. The ambiance was awful and the prices were very high compared to what was on their website. We walked out.

ITS CLOSED!! Open Table REMOVE this listing!! We had 8:30pm reservations and had to SCRAMBLE to find a place on the fly. HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION FROM OPEN TABLE.
This restaurant is closed. There was a fire on New Year's Eve. It should not be listed on OpenTable.
We booked the restaurant at n open table and arrived to a boarded up restaurant that no longer exists! How can it still be in open table as an option?!
closed:/ went to go get dinner as it said it was open online and when we got there, the place was under construction and very much so not open.
This place is closed. Apparently since June 2022.
This place seems like it is under new management. Do NOT go. The waitress was so rude and the bill was outrageous for the quality. $15 for a glass of house wine and $10 for one meatball. There are so many great places in the North End. Avoid this one!!!

Please take this off the open table list. I showed up with 2 young kids and only to find out it is closed!
Very good Italian food!!!
I am almost reluctant to write this review because I selfishly don’t want to wait in a two hour line next time I visit there. The food was soooo very tasty, the bread was devour-able, and the atmosphere was as if we were sitting at Nonna’s kitchen table after a long journey and far too long between visits. We left there feeling part of the family that runs both neighboring restaurants and yearning to return. Just amazing in every way. If you are all about the food and not about the bar, Bella Vista is the casa for you. Caio Bella!

Just one of many delightfully authentic Italian Restaurants in Boston’s Old North End. Limited window space though.
