Whoever the dude was working August 13 2024 around 1ish? I got small bowl of phish food w rainbow sprinkles and it’s the best scoop of phish food I’ve ever had and sprinkles ratio was on point. Thankyou. I am the street team with new dia. I love this location. Everyone’s always really nice and give good scoops for the price I can’t take a picture I ate it all

A decent place for an ice cream break while shopping. Although with the Pru trending in the upscale direction, I'm not sure how long this location can hold on. Minor nitpick: they don't seem to have as many flavors as they used to. My favorite one is New York Super Fudge Chunk. They had it at their previous Pru location (a wonderful food court now occupied by Eataly).

I just walked by to get some ice cream… the guy was sitting down watching something on his phone. I think I surprised him when he looked up and saw me standing there….. I asked for Cherries Garcia…. He was still watching his phone…. I waited… he looked up and said ‘huh?!’ I said never mind and walked off as he was too busy for a customer ????

Went on Mother's Day for a nice treat, however, I believe I got short changed on my ice cream sundae. Wasn't filled to the top like I've seen in other photos (ads). Plus the server was kinda out of it. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. Was actually sitting on the back counter between customers.
