Boston Ben & Jerry's location always have a nice little charm to them. The mango ice cream is amazing as ever and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting a location that serves it.

Went here on free cone day, with a relatively long but fast-moving queue. Half baked was great, as was the salted caramel blondie flavour. Can’t go wrong with Ben and Jerry’s but its pricey when it’s not free cone day!!

A New England institution - high quality ice cream in a rotating variety of flavors, available in cups or cones, with or without toppings. Recommend the Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz for an afternoon pick me up. Spoons are more eco friendly wood these days. Outdoor seating available on North side of the building.

the staff was really kind to us even tho english is not our first language they explained every thing to us very well! i got a cookie dough milkshake + the classic ice cream it was very good i really enjoyed it! thank you (sorry i don’t have a picture without my 2b plushie!)

We'd never been to a Ben & Jerry's location in person before, and Alisha was all too happy to help! She checked for allergies before she started getting our order ready, which is something too many places never think to do - and good thing too, since my husband is allergic to milk! Alisha even gave us a couple of stickers as a souvenir of our first ever B&J's visit - one of which is now decorating my computer tower. Definitely made a memorable visit for us! 😁 (PS sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!)

I was just at this Ben & Jerry’s locations 30 minutes ago and while me and my friends were sitting down and enjoying our ice cream, we saw a rat curry into the cow sign on the wall. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been a big fan of forever. This was just so sad and makes me wonder if the chocolate sprinkles were not just rat droppings.

I had a small Cherry Garcia and my son had a large Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Both were delicious, but not cheap. With tax and tip it was $20. Things are getting very expensive these days!
I have to give a special shout out to this Ben and Jerry’s! We vacationed in Boston and on the last night my son left his Nintendo switch along with his case and about 10 games. Needless to say he was upset and I was worried we wouldn’t get it back. Ben and Jerry’s was immediate in their action to get it back to us. I just want to say how honest they were. That would have been easy to steal. The icecream was great that night too! 👏🏻😍 so many positive things to say! Thank you guys !!!
