I ordered a birthday cake and presentation was a major letdown. The writing on the cake was almost illegible, and the message was not centered, it look sloppy and unprofessional.

The ice cream at Ben and Jerry’s is as delightful as ever. I indulged in Marshmallow Sky and Salted Caramel Blondie, both rich and flavorful. My girlfriend, who is lactose intolerant, opted for the vegan, non-dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Non-dairy flavors can be hit or miss, but this one was fantastic—creamy and delicious, without the watery taste we’ve encountered elsewhere. Although the prices reflect the upscale Newbury Street location, the quality of the ice cream justifies the cost. ?????

Reflecting on our visit, Ben and Jerry’s on Newbury Street provided a great ice cream experience with exceptional service and delicious flavors. I love that Ben & Jerry’s offers multiple dairy free options and that not everything is a chocolate flavor! I personally am not a huge fan of chocolate so their dairy free strawberry marshmallow flavor is my go to! I recently also discovered they can do their shakes dairy free as well! You can pick your flavor with the dairy free ice creams or the sorbet’s and they will make you a shake with oat milk or whatever milk their store carries! It’s great to see them offer both sorbet & creamy ice cream.
