My husband ordered a hot fudge Sunday, vanilla ice cream , hot fudge , and whip cream.
The hot fudge was sparingly drizzled over the whip cream.
Too little hot fudge!

I ordered a birthday cake and presentation was a major letdown. The writing on the cake was almost illegible, and the message was not centered, it look sloppy and unprofessional.
It was clear that there was a lack of care and attention to detail in the preparation of the cake. For a special occasion, I expected a more polished presentation for a $35 ice cream cake.

The decor itself is fun and vibrant, typical of Ben and Jerry’s, but the cleanliness issues were a noticeable downside. ???

My girlfriend, who is lactose intolerant, opted for the vegan, non-dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Non-dairy flavors can be hit or miss, but this one was fantastic—creamy and delicious, without the watery taste we’ve encountered elsewhere. Although the prices reflect the upscale Newbury Street location, the quality of the ice cream justifies the cost. ?????

Reflecting on our visit, Ben and Jerry’s on Newbury Street provided a great ice cream experience with exceptional service and delicious flavors.
