While I do like Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, we went last night to the Newbury Street location to have a small ice cream and discovered that that store now has a two scoop minimum size compared to other stores in the area that still allow one to buy a mini or a single scoop.
That was more ice cream than we wanted and it increased the price substantially. While we used to go back and forth between Ben and Jerry’s and the JP Licks across the street, depending on our flavor mood, now we're just going to go to JP Licks.

My husband ordered a hot fudge Sunday, vanilla ice cream , hot fudge , and whip cream.
The hot fudge was sparingly drizzled over the whip cream.
Accidentally ordered uber eats from here with incorrect delivery address. Canceled it IMMEDIATELY. Store claims no refund since they claimed to have started preparing.

I ordered a birthday cake and presentation was a major letdown. The writing on the cake was almost illegible, and the message was not centered, it look sloppy and unprofessional.
It was clear that there was a lack of care and attention to detail in the preparation of the cake. For a special occasion, I expected a more polished presentation for a $35 ice cream cake.
