Had an amazing experience here today! Hassan was my server and he was an absolute pleasure—attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I also had the chance to interact with several other staff members, including the lovely woman at the front desk and the warm, friendly gentleman from Albania. Everyone I met made the place feel more like a family than just a restaurant team.
Now let’s talk about the food—wow. Hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one knocked it out of the park. The pancakes? They slapped—seriously some of the best I’ve had.
Great food, incredible team, and an atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately not the greatest experience there. The hostess was very kind but the waiter was off putting and seemed like he wasn’t pleased to serve me. I decided to order just some toast and avocado. While I was buttering my toast I noticed mold on both pieces of the bread and the avocado was browning. Thank god they didn’t try to charge me, the lady was kind enough to say she’ll let the chef know and don’t worry about it, then I left. But overall low quality food and service for ridiculous prices.

Had the worst service ever! We went in for dessert and coffee. There was a small wait which was completely fine. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Once we were seated, it took a little while to get our server. We told her we were just going to have dessert and ordered 2 coffees. She brought us back the dessert menu and brought us our coffee one at a time-coffee was lukewarm so I’m assuming by the bitterness and temperature it was older coffee. We ordered our desserts-which were absolutely delicious! After finishing our dessert, she stopped by to ask if we wanted anything else and we said no and waited for at least 15 minutes before my husband asked her for the check and then an additional 15-20 minutes for her to return with our check. Our coffee was $6/cup… which I would gladly pay for hot, fresh coffee but that is definitely not what we got. Disappointing experience!

I had breakfast here two days in a row and it was thoroughly disappointing with low food quality for the price.
Day 1 was the eggs with spinach, the presentation was poor with parts of the Avacado which had gone bad.
Day 2 was the eggs (ordered over-hard and they came liquid) with turkey sausage which looked and tasted highly processed. The English muffin came out burnt and I ate one half which I was able to scrape the carbon off.
The wait staff was attentive enough, however I would also question why they let the food go out to the customer if it’s poor quality and not correct. Better training is required.
So you are going to pay a high price here for low food quality and average delivery.

The food was ok I have had better food in less fancier places. The waiter brought my food and then he proceeded to give me the check as if he indirectly wanted me to leave. I think that's rude. The place wasn't even packed.

Best lobster benedict at Berkshire's restaurant inside the Hilton Logan Airport. Checkout the generous amount of lobster meat! Must try it when you're in Boston.
