Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

The food is good. I've been there a number of times and enjoyed it. What Bhatt experience was not handle as well as I would like when we quietly complained. And enormously badd wait person. We have not been back since. Not because of one really badd wait person. But that management took it in a fashion that was distasteful.

Definitely a place worth stopping over, the food is fantastic and well prepared, the pricing is reasonable and it is constantly clean in here. Fantastic work.

I love this place. The service is excellent, the host greets you at the door, the servers are very nice and friendly but the take out staff is awesome. Near by hospitals always make big orders for catering everyday and don’t disappoint. One of my favorite places to eat. CANT FORGET ABOUT THE ROLLS! ?

Seems like an always nice meal at this franchise. The dinner rolls they serve immediately are warm. Now if you do like we do, you doctor up the olive oil dipping sauce for the rolls. Hahaha. The food is standard affair with decent portions. We are fortunate to have this establishment quite close to our home.

First time ordering takeout and the experience wasn’t a good one. When I entered I will say the person at the front did greet me and pointed where I should go to pick up my food. I stood there and waited a while. A waitress looks me in my face and goes to chat with the person at the front. She then walks back and doesn’t acknowledge me so I say “hello excuse me I’m here to pick up my order”. She tells me “oh I’m a waitress but I’ll get the person who’s supposed to be here”. Ok that’s fine but if you’re walking and you see a customer just standing there shouldn’t you ask if they’re all set or if someone serviced them? Anyway fast forward to when I got back to my office and ate my fettuccine shrimp Alfredo. It was really nasty and cold I couldn’t even finish it therefore that was a waste of money. Fast forward about 1.5 hours later I had a MAJOR stomach ache from the food. This is my first and very last time eating here. I’m all set.

Ordered the Classic Margherita and there was no basil on the pizza, garlic knots were burnt and the food was super cold!! Will definitely not order from them again! My first time here in Boston too!

For a chain-Italian restaurant, I have always thought Bertucci's was the best. Still do. Our waitress was great and attentive, despite having to serve an entire room by herself. Great place to go while waiting in between dr's appts @ BCH. ?

Honor your "deals" Tried to order two small pizzas from the Boston Childrens Hospital Bertucci's with the offer below and was told the offer only applies to large pizzas. Maybe my 67-year old eyes are not as sharp as they used to be, but I think it says ANY pizza, not just large.

Food:- Bertucci's has yummy bread with dipping olive oil and spices, which I really enjoy while waiting for other items.- Pretty decent lunch. I ordered Tuscana Vegetable with Chicken. The flavour was pretty good, but the chicken was a bit overcooked. It feels like they'd rather offer mediocre food than getting in trouble with food poisoning. (Might not be a bad idea, but certainly make is a less preferable choice).Service:- The waitress at our table was pleasant and pretty good! However, the downside is the waiting time - it took them a while to free up to take care of you. It wasn't even lunch peak hour yet, so I guess they are a short staffed... Overall, OK lunch place when you need a quick lunch when you're in the vicinity.

Loved this limoncello mascarpone cake.Agree with the other reviewers on the staff/waitress behavior.

The music was horrible and loud. They said they'd turn it down, but didn't. The broccoli tasted like cardboard. They have no liquor license so no beer or wine. Waiter didnt clear our dirty plates when we were clearly done.

Food was good and quick. One particular staff member was very rude and mocked me for trying to order slices of pizza. Didn't feel very welcomed at this particular location at all.

In my initial review, I gave this place 2/5 stars, mainly due to the fact that it seemed constantly understaffed. In the meantime, we have had solid service several times and as I still think that their pizzas are good, I want to amend the rating. Honestly, I probably wouldn't eat here as often if this was in Fenway, but if you're at LMA and craving pizza, this is a safe bet.

Good food at a good price. Quick service as well

One star only for the price and the convenience. Otherwise I'd go elsewhere. They really need to give the restaurant a deep cleaning! Dusty and dirty.
