I was getting takeout for the first time at this location (just moved to the area). I placed a takeout order that gave me an estimate of 20 minutes. When i got to the restaurant i had to wait an additional 35 minutes for a chicken parm that was cooked horribly. Textured like rubber (refer to picture).

Finn was wonderful. Our food came out hot.
He was amazing waiting on so many tables but yet he was right on our food needs!

Host smelt so strongly of weed it set off my asthma (had to use emergency inhaler and leave) there were 3 other tables and they seemed to be heavily struggling. Only 2 people working in the kitchen, 2 waiters (one looked like they had cut off their fingertip and it had a dirty bandage). Also the host and a waiter had a checklist to sit every other table but it seemed neither knew what to do and were running around like headless chickens. After no one coming for drinks and seeing all that decided to leave. Does not match up to the price point.

The menu seems to have shrunk. No specials. No chicken domani. I ate there with my sister last week. The iced tea was made with carbonated water (yuck). I asked the waiter to take it off the bill and just bring me water. He brought the water but didn't take the carbonated tea off the bill. Then my order did not get made. My sister's food was served, and I expected mine to come right along. After a good 20 minutes, I could not find our waiter; had to flag another waiter. By the time my meal arrived I had time for only 2 bites and I had to leave! My entree was comped but the poor service, not to mention the carbonated iced tea, just left bad taste in my mouth.

pizza was under done our waiter was working the bar and also waiting tables running around and couldn't handle or understand the new computer system. the manager seemed useless she walked around the restaurant and helped cut a few pizzas but she didn't do much else. she could have helped out by getting bread and water for tables and she must have checked her cell phone about 20-30 times in the time we were there. she didn't seem to be doing much hands on work to help out staff or customers. when we tried to check out they weren't able to get our bill together without the manager and she was nowhere to be found. we waited around 20 minutes to pay our bill. total and complete chaos here this place needs Jon Taffer to come in and do a complete overhaul. make the call and get Jon here because this was just unbelievable.

We are long-time Bertucci patrons and were very impressed with the West Roxbury location. Our server, Nick, was excellent; very welcoming and he gave us the perfect amount of attention. Both the food and drinks were excellent; kudos to the kitchen staff and Nick. We look forward to our next visit and expect there to be many visits to come! Thank you to all.

Bertucci’s has always been one of my favorite dine-in spots. Ever since the one in Norwood closed, I’ve been so sad! So when we were in the area, we decided to stop by right after a car meet.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with huge smiles and genuinely warm personalities. I’ve never felt so welcomed right away! Our server, Nick, was fantastic—super friendly, patient, and full of great energy. He waited patiently while I frantically tried to pick something from the menu, aha.

The food came out quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. I’d 100% come back! Highly recommend giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

My fiancée and I ordered the Tuscan Roasted Veggies, Mac and Cheese, and Shrimp Rossini. The veggies are always my go-to, and the roasted peppers were sweet in a savory way—so good! The Mac and Cheese was very creamy and on the richer side; if you’re not a fan of buttery dishes, it might not be for you, but my fiancée absolutely loved it. He said it was perfectly creamy and crispy. The Shrimp Rossini is refreshing yet filling—I love tomatoes, so I order it every time. It’s creamy, but it still feels light, almost like eating a hearty salad.

These are just our personal preferences, but I’d highly recommend all of them! Plus, the portions are huge and very cost-effective—I now have lunch and dinner for tomorrow, too! Overall, we left very happy.

Came here for dinner with my husband and it was great! Our server Jed was fast with service and checking in with us. Food came out fast and tasted delicious. Will be coming back again!

Chicken piccata blew me away! The service was impeccable.

I ate the chicken Alfredo which was very good! The customer service was amazing, with staff who were very friendly and attentive. My server, Krisha, was very helpful in deciding what I ate and regularly checked in on what she could do for me which made the dining experience very pleasant. I highly recommend eating here!
