The Bertucci’s on VFW Parkway is a great dining experience. The staff works hard to make the customers feel comfortable and the food is served well and quickly. It’s always a great time dining here.

From the moment we stepped into Bertucci’s on VFW Parkway, we were greeted with genuine hospitality by Guido, restaurant.manager.
Guido’s Hands on approach and the team’s dedication to customer satisfaction made this visit stand out. It’s clear that at Bertucci’s West Roxbury, guests are treated like family. 

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Julie during our recent visit to Bertucci’s. From the moment we sat down, they served us with warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Not only was the service quick and attentive, but Guido the restaurant manager also made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there. It's rare to come across someone who brings both efficiency and great personality to the table—this experience truly elevated our visit.

Someone else took my pickup order and they refused to remake it for me.

I ordered a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza. I got home and it was a pepperoni pizza. I was pissed! The girl at the register didn't look to make sure it was the right one. The wings were ok they definitely could be a lot better! I was going to call today and talk to a manager and then I said what's the point, what are they going to do?

Five Stars. The food delicious and nice and hot. The service Five Stars, Chuck the manager, servers, Izzy and Ashley Five Stars....professional and accommodating. Terrific restaurant.

We arrived early and other than two folks sitting at the bar, it seemed we were the only patrons. Our waitress was also the bartender and being earshot from the bar, was very upset by the vulgar language used by the bartender at the bar. I am grateful we did not have young children with us. We packed our meal and left promptly. Disappointing!!!

Food still has potential but the service was not good. I sent back the pizza as I watched it sit on the counter for 10 min as the waitress chit chatted at the bar. No circling back on if the meal was to out liking. I had to get up to get napkins and swap out my dirty plate as the waitress was MIA. Waited to pay and a guy whom I believe was a shift manager gestured to her to come over...you could teal he was also disinterested. The mens room was disgusting, w only one working faucet and mold on the grout on the sink counters. It's dying chain and deserves to be put out of it's mizery

Bertucci’s is usually good but if you don’t want to get greeted by a rude host/waiter and don’t want to get seated and crammed with people while the rest of the restaurant is empty, I suggest make a reservation.

Worst attitude and service I’ve ever seen…that too for a simple take out order of a Large cheese pizza.
Rude, condescending, rolling eyes even as she came to the counter to check what I was picking up. Almost felt like the employees were fighting among themselves and taking it out on the customers. Just realized today how bad one can behave in the span of a few seconds that it takes to pickup a box and hand it to a customer! Unfortunately, the reviews that talk about “racist attitude” here may be true based on what I experienced today.
Guess I’ll think thrice before going here again.
