Friendly staff and good food. Although I’d prefer if they could add a touch more to the pizza crust thickness. Thought it was too thin. Prices are in line with other downtown prices. There are good amount of seating inside should you choose to dine-in. I would go back if I’m near by.

Pretty good! Slice of sausage/ricotto pizza was huge and tasted good. Clam chowder was very good. Caesar salad was standard and good (good portion size). Service was pretty quick and staff was helpful. I believe it was the sausage soup that was a bit too salty for me but overall, I'd eat here again! My order was to-go but the inside seemed to have a good amount of seating and it was clean.

Walked in right at closing. They were cleaning up and indicated they were closed. But, they insisted on still providing us service and food. Pizza was delicious and crispy. Bertuccis Pronto is an excellent concept. Quick, crispy Italian style pizza.

Staff is friendly but prices are completely out of touch. People without corporate credit cards on business lunches can’t afford this

Honored to be the first google review of Bertuccis Pronto. I grew up going to Bertuccis in Beverly MA, and this was a great throwback for me. Service was exceptional the moment I walked in- as Jaylene took my order efficiently and smiley! All the cashiers and management were very sweet, On top of their game, and I’m really hoping this new Season for Bertucci’s follows through well.

My only tip would be to have the famous bertuccis oil with the bread!
