Mai and the entire BG Catering team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Mai is by far the sweetest human being I have ever met, and just made us feel so special! We had some severe food allergies to work with, and I was nervous with a large company like BG, that these things would just be overlooked. That was not the case at all! Mai was so attentive to the food allergies, and made sure everyone had something delicious to eat. From the tasting, all the way through the big day the BG team was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend them for any and all of your catering needs.

We've had BG cater 2 of our office parties this year. The first was dynamite...the second...BLEW ME AWAY!!! Mai is just a ray of sunshine to chat, email & plan with, as is every member of her team I've come into contact with. The care with which they handled each event cannot be measured...above and beyond doesn't begin to cover the scope of it. I'm now trying to find a reason to throw another office party, so we get to do it all again! For now, I'll say I go to sleep at night dreaming of those lobster grilled cheeses, the lobster rolls, and particularly the lemon aioli which I have to believe is made in some magical place with unicorn happy tears (and of course love). A billion stars out of 10...HIGHLY recommend!

The food was good, although at the first tasting the short ribs had been way overcooked so we did a second tasting with them which went better. However, for the wedding itself, they were beyond slow. We only had 12 tables but the last tables didn't get served until long after the first tables had finished eating. They were so late that we had to ask our photographer and videographer to come back and record the speeches even though the vendors hadn't been served yet because people were starting to leave.
As a wedding consultant, it's very important to me that the vendors I collaborate with are top-notch. I can absolutely say that the team at BG Catering Concepts is top-notch, and then some. Mai was a ray of sunshine -- she was always super-responsive, flexible, willing to go above and beyond, and she always had a smile (even when emailing!) I recently worked with them on a wedding at Nantasket Beach Resort, and couldn't be happier with the experience and the food!

Mai is an absolute dream to work with- she was over the top accommodating, pleasant, and fun! She took the stress out of wedding planning for us and was so supportive every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed! All our friends and family raved about the food and how amazing the service was!! 10/10 recommend for any catering needs! Mai and her team are TOP notch!

WOW!!! What a team!!From the get-go. . .Mai provided options and ideas that met the overall "vision" of my son's wedding.She was a positive voice for the Bride & Groom throughout the entire process!!As with any events. . .there are always little hiccups. . but you would NEVER KNOW with Mai at the helm!The buffet service was SEAMLESS. . and the food was AMAZING!! Many, many, many of the guests commented on how good the food was. ? Couldn’t have asked for more. I do not know the woman’s name, but. . .one of the catering staff members, who stayed late to finish breaking down, was just FANTASTIC!! She made sure that all of our things were safe & sound.. . .so much so that she even carried the box of cake displays, platters down to the staging . . .and then came to find me to made sure I knew where it was. She truly went above & beyond. ? Kudos!!I can't say enough about BG Catering!! Love, love, LOVE!!

I reached out to Mai and her team SUPER LAST MINUTE to create an 'elevated tropical' themed space/backdrop for a virtual event in our office in the Seaport. Mai circled the wagons on her team quickly and they were committed to help make the event a success. Mai is SUPER professional, prompt, imaginative, and truly a delight to work with. The room came out great, they stayed within our budget and we were so happy with the result. I would use Mai and her team at BG Concepts again in a heartbeat!
