Justin and his team served at my wedding last month and their cooking and service could not have been better. Our friends and family are still talking about their bibimbap- even my Korean grandmother gave her stamp of approval on the taste and authenticity! Thank you guys again- see you soon!

Bibim Box is an absolutely fantastic food truck that serves delicious Classic Bibimbap boxes. The veggies are bright and flavorful, with fresh mixed greens, pickled carrots, sauteed spinach, and bean sprouts offering great textures. The perfectly cooked rice and delicious beef are complemented by a mild but perceptible level of heat and sweetness from the Gochujang sauce. While some may prefer a bit more meat, the dish is well-balanced overall. Known for their excellent service and authentic taste, Bibim Box is a crowd-pleaser, even impressing Korean grandmothers!
