Sometimes, a dish/meal hits the right spot, and this was the case with Bibim Box! An absolutely fantastic food truck. I ordered a Classic Bibimbap box (no modifications), The veggies were bright and flavorful. The mixed greens were at the peak of their freshness, the pickled carrots had great flavor, and I liked the textures offered by the sauteed spinach and bean sprouts. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the beef was delicious, also. The Gochujang sauce added a mild but perceptible level of heat and sweetness, only enhancing, not overwhelming or drenching. While I admit I would have liked just a bit more meat (when do I not? & this can be purchased for an extra fee), the dish was well-balanced overall. The food came out reasonably fast too, which is excellent when lunch is only 45 minutes!

Justin and his team served at my wedding last month and their cooking and service could not have been better. Our friends and family are still talking about their bibimbap- even my Korean grandmother gave her stamp of approval on the taste and authenticity! Thank you guys again- see you soon!

Don't come here if you're looking for authentic bibimbap (source: I'm Korean). The gochujang sauce feels more like a chili oil than actual gochujang (which is chili paste). I assume they are trying to appeal to American taste, but the sauce just doesn't work for me. Also, the rice is dry, and the bowl lacks traditional bibimbap toppings such as mushroom and zucchini. The meat and sauce are also too salty. The noodle salad is decent, but also a little too salty.

I ordered a rice bowl with house special tofu, wasabi soy, and peach limeade when I saw them in front of the Science Center at Harvard during lunch. The wasabi soy dressing is exceptional! It is so delicious. They used the perfect amount of wasabi, sodium, and sweetness. It really elevated the salad and tofu. I'll be dreaming about the dressing for a while. For the tofu to be called "house special," I do wish there was more beyond the simplicity of it, though. The pickled carrots also added some freshness to the dish. I also really enjoyed my refreshing peach limeade and the fact that there was solid vegan and vegetarian options. Overall, I was very satisfied with dish, and I will definitely be coming back!

Bibim Box in the Lobdell Court on the second floor of MIT's Student Center in Cambridge offers Korean cuisine. I dined here June 17, 2022 and had the pork and egg Bibim Box. I requested the location in Cambridge be added to Google places, but it wasn't approved so I am putting the review at this location. The owners need to add the location. The food was tasty and fresh. The food is already prepared and ready to be dished out, but the service was slow the time I went.

Misleading google maps info. Needs to mention no take-out at the Quincy street location

Their food is as additive as crack ? . Student center location at MIT is top notch quality. I wish you they had a location on the North shore I am always bragging to my wife how good your food is. seriously fresh and delicious

Really liked this place. We visited the MIT campus and were super hungry so we went into the campus cafeteria area and saw Bibim Box along with some other food options. We got the box with the spicy chicken and the fried egg, and the spicy pork. Both were really good and we'd get them again in a heartbeat.

I hadn’t been to a bibimbap food truck before, but bibimbap is surprisingly well suited to being truck food! This place was delicious, and the food was so pretty! I got this for myself, but my family couldn’t resist because it smelled so good. I didn’t get a chance to try the other options than standard box, but the other ways of eating bibimbap that was offered looked really fun!

I ordered catering for 150 people from Bibim Box. They made it so easy! They were easy to get a hold of, so responsive and quick, and the price was VERY reasonable. Everyone across cultures loved the food, and we had lots of leftovers that our guests took home. I definitely recommend - the whole process was great and the food was a hit. Everyone asked where we catered from.

Bibimbox catered a party in our backyard. They were amazing! great to communicate with before the party and incredible at the event. Our guests loved loved loved the food. It's totally legit for Koreans, and delicious and approachable for folks who are not Korean. Food was prepared so quickly that there was never a line. easy to eat standing up or sitting down. I want them to cater every party we ever have. Thank you Justin and the team at Bibimbox.
