THE venue round here!
This venue is extremely over sold and over crowded. I’ve been to many concerts and venues and this is the only venue I’ve been to where I genuinely did not feel safe because of how crowded it was. I couldn’t even raise my arms to check my phone between sets.
**Epic Night at Big Night Live!**
My first time at Big Night Live was for G Herbo's show, and it did not disappoint! The energy was insane, and one of the openers, Kuttah, absolutely killed it. The bartenders and security were top-tier—super hospitable and professional, making the experience even better. It was packed to the brim, but the vibes were unbeatable. Definitely returning for more! 🔥😎🙌 #GHerbo #BigNightLive #401Kuttah #DJ4EIGN
Nice looking venue drinks prices are high but it’s Boston they definitely could make the cups a little bigger
I attended the Alan Walker concert here and had a great time. The venue is spacious with an impressive sound system and lighting setup that really elevated the experience. As expected for places like this, the bar was overpriced — I paid $17 for a single shot — but that’s typical at concert venues.
Great place for a show! Either close up or further in the back, you have a good view.
Manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating of our group's disabilities. Security blocked the view a lot of the time.
What an amazing experience! We will for sure be back. Joyce was great. He recommended a great show, which did not disappoint. Sickick, stop by!
Had the best time at Kream, the music here is insane. Security guards are so nice too, thank you Joyce for the amazing night!
I was there for a concert not a rave and my main issue is that they leave the house lights on during the sets? Massive chandeliers over the bars stay on and all the lights in the entryway are on, and the house right lights stayed on until the third act, along with the lights in the sidestage balcony areas. Never seen any venue worth its salt do that, cant imagine who made that call. They actually turned some lights off during the changeover after leaving them on for a whole set - completely backwards, breaks your immersion, never seen a medium size club like this do that.
Other strikes:
-one set of bathrooms for *two thousand* patrons??
-ticketing is at the top of a stairwell so the line goes precariously down a set of stairs
-the entrance takes you through a door into that massive bright bar that you have to walk around, I found that a very awkward first impression
-those thick structural columns seem rough for sightlines if you’re outside the dancefloor
-sooo much of the floor area is seats, I guess a club is trying to make money but it’s awkward to book concerts in that space
Production was fine and I didn’t personally have an issue with security but they gotta dim the dang house lights.

My partner and I attended a concert at Big Night Live on 11/2/24. I have an overall negative opinion of this venue and might pass on seeing future concerts here due to our experience.
On the way in, during bag inspections I was forbidden from entering with my necessary medications. Big Night Live has a strict medication policy that they unfortunately do not disclose on their website. I need to take multiple medications a day, so I keep them in a pill box. I was up front about it, I do not hide my meds, and I was taken by surprise when I was told I needed to pay $5 to leave them at coat check. I have never run into this problem at any other concert. Medicines apparently need to be kept in the original prescription bottle if they are to be brought into this venue. It's a poor decision by the venue to not have this information clearly available on their website. I guess it was buried in the ticket purchase T&Cs but I was not the ticket purchaser so I didn't get to see it. Also it felt like a slap in the face that I had to dump my meds and then I got to watch a ton of people using smuggled vapes all through the show. Really felt like I was being punished for being up front about what I brought in.
Onto the venue itself: the space has a nice layout with multiple tiers, there's generous space to get a good view of the stage. There are plenty of tables and lots of seating which is really nice. The sound quality was excellent, and they really ran a tight ship with the shortest amount of downtime I've ever seen between sets. A good portion of the venue is carpeted and that carpet is gross and sticky! Nothing luxurious about that. I know people are gonna spill drinks, carpeting was a weird choice if they can't put in the time to keep it nice. Restrooms are poorly labeled, I had a hard time figuring out where they were. I think there was only one location for restrooms which is not ideal for such a large venue. Maybe there were more, also poorly labeled? I have no idea.
Huge issue: security are VERY rude. I have never experienced such rude security at any other concert I've attended. I 100% believe all the other reviews here about bad run-ins with security. As soon as the show ends they're aggressively yelling at everyone to get out. Super weird, never seen that anywhere else either.
The negative aspects really soured my night, and I know if I went back I'd be on edge. I would probably attend another concert there if it was something I really wanted to see, but overall I hope bands I want to see avoid this venue.
Saw Origami Angel and Arm’s Length there and, though an odd setting for an emo show, it was a pretty cool venue. Loved all the open seating areas, the clean toilets, and the water station.
Cool venue, especially being located right outside of the Garden. Great sound system, good artists coming through.
The staff...Oh my god....You're going to split lines by gender, okay? Who makes the choice who is what gender? The staff does. Why have the music playing over your staff, so they have to compete with it? Naturally the people getting paid to be there have a terrible attitude. Some security chick with glasses went to a transperson and demanded 'She' get in the female line. It was a male identifying person. So, they don't care about that. She told them she didn't care. If 'SHE' didn't move, 'SHE'S' going to get kicked out. You'd think it ended there, but they separated me from the two women I was with on the way in. Having to text when inside to see where they were. End of the night they were physically pushing us to get out. We weren't even drunk. Not like anyone would want to get drunk with 18 dollar mixed drinks.
Sound, it felt very shallow. 720p visual displays. Lazers went on 4 times total. Club was filthy when opening. Like sticky floors and sticky barricade. So gross.
We'll never be back. You could offer free shows every day and we'll never take part.
At least the crowd was great. Gotta find one positive, even if it had nothing to do with the club itself.
Doesn't allow go pros for any shows. Horrible staff.
