I kust came to town for an event, and my wife and Iwent here for lunch and it was great!! I have worked in the food industry for almost 30 years, so I know what I'm talking about. The portions are huge, the quality is top notch and staff is great as well. I had the Italian sub and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this place, and I am looking forward to trying their breakfast.

Highly recommend trying the meatball sub. The beef chili hits the spot too! And you can’t beat the value — around $10 a head. These are the kinds of hidden gems I love discovering when exploring a new city!

This place rocks. The person who took my order was so nice, and the place smells great, is comfortable and clean. Our takeout for breakfast (pancakes and bacon/egg/cheese on everything bagel) was delicious and satisfying, and the bagel was great (way better than I expect for a bagel from a place that's not focused on them).
Overall, a super friendly, down-to-earth place with great food and vibes that helped me get my day off on the right foot!

The first place my husband and I tried upon moving to Boston and the one we will miss the most when we leave. THE best spot in the South End. I’d give 100 stars for the hospitality alone but the food (especially the chicken Caesar wrap ? ((the best in Boston)), and prices cannot be beat. Such a gem.

I have to say, Billy's has been my favorite spot to go and eat breakfast or lunch. The staff, which includes Chris, is top notch. It's just a little whole in the wall but the food is always great. This is the place I go where I know I can get an egg, over medium with no problem! And the best part is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! *I know for lots of places, this a thing of the past* I go in there and make a new friend each time I'm there! If you haven't already, you need to check out Billy's. I'm telling you, you will not be disappointed!
