Had thee most delicious extra cheese pizza from here a few nights ago. Missed the delivery drivers call so I had to wait extra long for him to come back around to me. I don’t hold it against them. If it were summer/spring I would have expected him to get out of the car and ring the bell but not in this freezing weather. So, ok that was my fault and like I said the pizza was delicious. I decided to order again tonight and the difference between what I got then and what I have now is striking. Ain’t no way this is a fresh made-to-order pizza. The crust is hard like the pizza had been reheated. It’s stale and tasteless. Won’t be ordering again.

I told him it’s my first time eating there over the phone, once I get there they Giv my food away to the person ahead of me so I have to wait 20 more min, couldn’t even comp me a water/ can of soda or extra wing !!!

The girl who answers the phone and takes orders does not know how to take an order. MAYO doesn't go on everything, worst part is she speaks English and still can't get it right. Thank you for ruining my lunch for Christmas, I eat there daily and will not be going back

Just had the worst experience ever with Billy’s BBQ and Uber eats. I accidentally placed my order without one item. I cancelled the order so I could reorder correctly. Apparently with Uber eats if you cancel and the merchant already started the order they cancel the order and still charge you. So here I am thinking okay no big deal Billy’s already started it maybe I can find someone to pick it up. I call Billy’s the lady tells me my order is almost ready. I explain to her my issue and she tells me she cannot give me my food. I tell her I have proof from Uber that I paid, I have proof from my bank that I paid, I have proof from Uber that because I cancelled I cannot get it delivered but I was charged anyway. She told me there was nothing she can do. I have been patronizing Billy’s bbq do over 15 years. I have heard all the rumors about the poor treatment and bad customer service they provide over the years. But never had a bad experience with them and always felt like I was treated well. Today change to that for me. The woman I spoke to did not care that I was out my money and out my food. Billy’s BBQ was able to keep my food and my money and they were more than happy to do it. I called back after the let down and told her I that I felt that it was bad business on her part. I will never order from Billy’s again. I know they probably won’t miss me as I customer but I could not let this injustice go without letting people know how they do business.

Billy's is a great place to eat The service is great especially the wife she has a great personality I'm not a fan of greasy foods but I must say the BB'q ribs and the BB'q chicken wings are outstanding served with sweet potatoes rice corn or french fries I just want to put it out there for a great place to eat
I love some Texas BBQ. Usually their spot on. My recent order. I don't know what happen. I called and placed an order for a BBQ Chicken Tender Dinner. I waited over an hour for the delivery. The food arrives. Almost two hours later. I open the container. It's not even what I ordered ?
