Sabbe talk krio? cam to Portland, Maine. I go be de best customer. I stayed at Hotel Bintimani on Lumley Beach. I called. No answer. Disconnected. I would like foo-foo shipped frozen to me every day or week.
I had cassava leaves over there that I ate with chikwangue I had at home. But the next day I still had leftovers so eventually eat it with rice, really good, really spicy too though! It’s close to the Congolese way, there’s peanut butter in it.
The cook of the Bintimani Restaurant near Dudley Station makes the most delicious African Cassava Leaf and Okra stew/soup, and she gives a generous portion for the inexpensive price.
