We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Beautiful restaurant overlooking the Boston Gardens. The ambience and service are top-notch! Really enjoyed the appetizers and the main courses were good, though I'm not an expert on French cuisine. They have an arrangement for validated parking about a block away, which helps.
Bistro du Midi is an elegant yet unpretentious French restaurant. The menu offers classic French dishes as well as updated takes. It also offers a seasonal tasting menu from which items could also be ordered a la carte. We enjoyed the beet gnocchi with goat cheese as a starter. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at Bistro du Midi and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The restaurant thoughtfully acknowledged our anniversary, which made the evening feel even more special. The ambience is stunning — elegant and romantic, yet warm and welcoming rather than stuffy or pretentious. It felt like a place meant for savoring both the food and the moment.
