While it’s fun to know that their flavors often change, and they have unique bases like brioche, we didn’t find it worth the money. Also the guy working couldn’t have cared less that we came in.

My friend loved the salted caramel brioche donut - a meal in itself but I LOVE the lemon poppy donut, a traditional cake doughnut. It doesn’t look yummy with its no-color lemon glaze, but I fell in love with the slight crunch of the poppy seeds and the sweet/sour lemon glaze. I’d love to take some back to my friends in New York, but there is no way they’d make the trip outside of my stomach.

Had my first soft serve of the season today at 1:30. This store has gone down downhill. Staff were sloppy. No cones so i took a cup. It was only half full....$5.00. Last time i will go there.
pretty unique spot! the everything bagel donut sandwich was delicious. it’s just an everything bagel with cream cheese, but sub the bagel for a fried brioche dough. no glaze or anything. but the dough was sweet, soft, and pillow-y. it worked very well together
Best donuts I've ever had. Love the everything bagel donut and the chocolate.
Also a huge fan of their morals and support of humanity. I love being able to support businesses that support human rights.
Blackbird has some of my favorite doughnuts in Boston. With a monthly special menu of creative options and various staples year round, I know I’m going to have a great treat every time. The salted toffee doughnut never disappoints!
Plus, the chicken Caesar wrap from Sally’s is the best I’ve ever had. It can’t be beat!
Absolutely give this place a try!
Love their seasonal selection of donuts and many vegan options. The sandwiches never disappoint!
Extra points for inclusiveness!❤️

These are honestly the best doughnuts I've ever had. I moved to NYC two years ago and I still take every chance I can get to go to Boston to get my Blackbird fix. They have mastered cake doughnuts, seriously. The pumpkin seasonal one? Delicious. The standard chocolate/vanilla? Perfection. The BOSTON CREAM? To die for. Also the chicken caesar wrap is second to none.
Not only are the donuts AMAZING- a treat lovers dream! But the staff are super friendly and welcoming. This was my first trip to Boston and I had to make a stop here.
Anywhere I can get tasty vegan donuts is A1 in my book.
Vegetarian options: They had vegan donuts, I had not found vegan donuts in a long time. It was 2:45pm and they closed at 3:00, so I bought the 4 vegan donuts they had left. 1 of one type and 3 of another.

About the same quality and taste of store bought doughnuts. No way these should be $4 a piece given their low quality.
