A mention was made about the unequal treatment of Asian customers at a specific place, to which I found myself in agreement. Despite being present and prepared to order ahead of others, the staff favored serving non-Asian customers first. Additionally, the donuts on offer were seen as too expensive for their basic flavors. The quality of the coffee also paled in comparison to other coffee shops.

Delicious donuts! We were sad that they ran out of Boston Kreme because it was my cousins first time visiting Boston and we wanted him to try it, but we went 30 minutes before closing so it was understandable. Nevertheless the donuts were fantastic.

Living in the same neighborhood as Blackbird calls for monthly visits to try out their seasonal flavors. I personally prefer the texture of their brioche doughnuts over their cake doughnuts, but their excellent and inventive flavors always win me over. My favorites over the years have been the Tiramisu Bismarck, Cold Brew Coconut, and Snow Ball.This location doesn't have seating, except for a bench outside. I usually come on weekday mornings to avoid the weekend lines and to make sure flavors don't sell out.Their service is also excellent. I had an issue with an order on the mobile app, filled out the contact form via their website, and someone reached out to resolve the issue quickly!

Great quality donuts, the Boston Creme and strawberry jam donut are absolutely delicious! The waitresses/waiters are always very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend!

I had high expectations for this donut shop. I got a coffee glazed, and unfortunately, it was chewy as hell and was lackluster in taste. The coffee was disgusting so bitter and stronger than starbucks, I almost emptieda cartoonof creamer just to get it somewhat lighter collor than mud, I say this as being a huge coffee drinker and trying many different cafes around the US. As a baker, I was more disappointed in the donut. I hope this is taken to improve gaps in the production of the product. The price was comparable to other places.
Wonderful place with wonderful food. Had their BLT sandwich and would do anything to go back for more!
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs very accessible, i did not bring my wheelchair this time and used my cane instead but wouldve been fine if i did!
