The donuts are so good!! I also got a matcha latte, it wasn't that strong, but it's not bad. The employee working was a little rude, but I read in other reviews that they do have some awesome employees. It's a walk-in place, it's a very small store so there is no seating.

I ordered a donut with a small drip coffee. The attendant threw the donut in the bag and it almost toppled over and fell off the counter. And then he was confused about how to make a drip coffee and stared at the machines for like a minute and said uhhh and then gave me a coffee that tasted like watery milk. And the donut was not that good and not made fresh there :( I spent like $7 ish in total and just felt scammed. I wanted to love blackbird doughnut but I’d rather go to Mikes 1000x over

** EDITED TO add

I've had coffee with milk before - this coffee tasted very watered down. Either the calibration does not remove human error or is calibrated poorly.

I am not sure why a trainee on their first day was left alone operating the shop. And it should be common sense to not throw the food into the bag. Sorry you cannot figure out how to run a business without degrading the quality and insulting your customers...

Faye and Hannah (I hope I spelled their names right) truly made my day this afternoon. Their service was truly top-notch. Both women were so friendly, kind, and conscientious. Thank you, Hannah, for the best Iced Strawberry Vanilla Matcha Latte EVER! 10/10

The Iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha Latte ($6.50) tasted eh for a matcha because I tasted the oat milk more than anything, but the drink as a whole wasn’t bad. I do wish it were colder; I picked it up not too long after ordering, but the drink was already lukewarm. The worker was friendly, though.

These were amazing donuts! We tried animal cracker and maple brown sugar. I am a harsh donut critic but these were absolutely worth the hype!

Tiny storefront donut shop near Target and Fenway Park. I tried the vanilla OF. I'm sorry, but not a fan. Maybe I am a donut snob, or maybe I am just spoiled because we have 2 of the best donut shops minutes from my door in Providence.... But this was no Old Fashioned. It was soft and doughy, no satisfying crunch.

Presentation was amazing but as my eating commenced, I became very disturbed at the pricing for such poor quality of food.

The home fries were just potatoes, cut with no flavor at all. English muffin was not toasted, pancakes were dry and full of hate and the Tuscan bread - stale and lifeless.

We have plenty of places that have phenomenal and hearty breakfast meals where you can purchase two plates for under $25 over $60 is ridiculous.

Oreo mint was worth the walk from the hotel. This is one of my go to sports when staying near Fenway Park. Walkable and worth it.

I purchased 8 doughnuts Sunday. The average price:$3 and change and the pastries are more. They actually have added breakfast options [they do sell out], which is why I am only rating a 3. I also have not had their beverages. There was a high and low regarding my visit: I paid $6+ for the Cinnamon roll--I should have stuck with my initial thought. As beautiful as it is, I did not see significant cinnamon but thought it was hidden. This is the worst Cinnamon roll I have had besides Cinnabon. Whereas Cinnabon is too much, this is the polar opposite. This is a glorified Honey bun--which is one of the few treats I cannot stand. The bottom is buttery which is the only positive but I couldn't eat more than a 1/3 of it. The specks are either vanilla or CGI but I do not understand how one can neglect to make the Cinnamon the prominent variable in a cinnamon roll/bun. It is really disappointing to spend $6 and not receive what you paid for. The high was Sebastian, whom was friendly and informed about the brand.

I online ordered 6 pack classic doughnuts and 2 of the doughnuts were not what was described on the website. I reached out twice to the number listed on the website on 1/20 and 1/30 and no one responded. I love the doughnuts but the lack of response is why I won’t return here again. If you order online from here, definitely make sure that you are receiving the right types of doughnuts that you paid for!

The friendliest bartista today on this Saturday , the 18th of January. This guy really loves his job and the establishment. So happy to get good vibes when ordering my coffee and donut. Prices are reasonable for quality gourmet and best donut recognition in Boston ma . Parking is difficult but manageable. Smaller location than most and doesn’t carry the full menu . Other than that everything is perfect .
