I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a small latte via mobile. The coffee was delicious but I never received my cookie because they sold out. The staff said they would refund me, but never did. I even tried contacting customer service and didn’t hear back. Not a huge deal, but a bummer.

I LOVE their strawberry shortcake coldbrew latte. It's so incredibly smooth---it's hard to tell where the coffee and milk begin and end! I've gone twice to two different locations and it's my absolute favorite. Highly recommend.

Went here just to get the white chocolate iced matcha. It was quite tasty and had a good flavour. The main complaint is that there is hardly anywhere to sit and enjoy. Staff seemed friendly.
During rush hour service is a bit slow but the matcha drinks are always worth the wait.

Cold brew is weak and expensive. I hate Dunkin coffee, but could honestly get a stronger cold brew there... Which is pretty pathetic. Cold brew looks lighter than iced tea.

The drink was okay. While I was ordering at the counter, syrup splashed on my face, hair, and clothes, including my eyes. Not only did they not do anything about it, but the cashier didn't seem to care either. I was disappointed to see them just take my order roughly and finish it off. I don't think I'll ever visit this place again.
