Paid for extra matcha and the matcha latte was pale green. 8 dollars for light green oat milk.

After being disappointed by cold brews here and there for months, I found a really, notably good one here. Would drink again.

Was shopping in the area and thought it was a cute shop to stop by for coffee.Matcha Latte: Straight milk and no matcha. Didn't see this until after I ordered but they use a matcha "concentrate" (if you can even call it that), which looks like probably matcha tea in a squeeze bottle. Shaken Chai Cold Brew: Once again, straight coffee and no chai taste. A little disappointing considering they classified it as "small batch Marsala chai".Despite the drinks being terrible, the worse part was the service. The barista just tossed someone's drink on the table and it ended up spilling on me. All I could get was a blank stare. The baristas coworkers had to end up saying sorry for her and she just went back as if nothing happened. Honestly cannot recommend this place. Terrible drinks and you cannot guarantee you won't get coffee spilled on you.

No wifi , that's the brand. Customer service okay. Baristas we're loudly talking about things they do/Don't like about blank street. Got the drip coffee, didn't taste spectacular. Had an earthy sweet Taste. Not a good place for sit downs or meetings, very grab and go.

Used to love this place, but the coffee has been awful as of late. The espresso in my cappuccino this morning was so burnt that I just ended up throwing it out. There are so many better coffee places nearby; check one of those out instead.

The pistachio latte was sooo good, the perfect balance of sweet pistachio and smooth espresso. The service was quick and efficient. The location is also beautiful and there's tons of little shops around to stop at after.

Simple and fast coffee shop right in the cutest neighborhood in Boston. I ordered an iced pistachio latte with oat milk and asked for light syrup and it was a perfect nutty flavor that didn't taste too artificial. The girl who rang us up was really patient with me and my friend as it was our first time trying Blank Street Coffee so that was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

4.5*Tried the seasonal pumpkin latte- One of us got hot, the other got iced, both with whole milk. Neither are overly sweet, but even though they're technically the same drink, the hot one had a "hint of burnt". Not bad, just a bit strange. The small iced is a LOT bigger than a small hot. More worth the money.

Very clean, slightly nutty, cold brew. Low in particulates.

I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk and strawberry syrup and it was fantastic. The interior is super cute at this location too.

Their coffee just keeps getting worse week by week. The espresso is always burnt, so I switched to the cold brew. Now the cold brew is watery. Wish they would try a little harder because blank street used to be the best coffee shop in this area.

Unique and tasty coffee drinks, small seating area but nice window seats. Staff was nice but oblivious to the overflowing garbage and messy front area.
