For a company who is “on a mission … to add a spark to ordinary … to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities…” I was sorely disappointed to see the sweet portraits of local dogs missing from the counter during my last visit. Beacon Hill is known for welcoming dogs and this BS location just made a grave error IMHO. If you want to engage with community, make memorable moments for your local customers etc., bring back the dog portraits! 🐾🐶

Alice was the one who made my drink today and it was amazing! I got the carrot cake matcha and blueberry matcha and truly no other Blank Street can compare. The workers were all super sweet and my drinks came out super fast:)

Very nice location, we had an excellent iced oat latte and iced almond matcha latte. Sam at the location was very nice, helpful, and welcoming to us and our kitties in our stroller. Our cats are now on their pet board for all to see and like I said the drinks were great.

First time here and already my favorite stop of my weekend getaway!! The barista suggested a Pistachio Latte and holy wow it was amazing!! Just the perfect amount of flavor without it being overpowering!! KUDOS!! 👏🏻 I also had a cinnamon roll and that was also mega yummy!! Please visit Blank Street Cafe and ALWAYS remember to TIP!! They deserve it! ♥️
