I’ve heard a lot of good things about Blank Street Coffee and wanted to give it a try. The staff was friendly but despite there being 7 people behind the counter, I still waited over 10 minutes for a drink that didn’t have much flavor. Kinda a let down.

Staff is extremely rude. I said hello how are you and she looked miserable. Then asked if she could do carrot cake without icing she said “no corporate banned me.” Then I said how’s your iced matcha she said “it’s ok, nothing special” hire friendly workers! Every single person here looks miserable

For a company who is “on a mission … to add a spark to ordinary … to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities…” I was sorely disappointed to see the sweet portraits of local dogs missing from the counter during my last visit. Beacon Hill is known for welcoming dogs and this BS location just made a grave error IMHO. If you want to engage with community, make memorable moments for your local customers etc., bring back the dog portraits! 🐾🐶
Absolutely love the staff at this location, but corporate TOOK AWAY their bulletin board covered in Polaroids of neighborhood pets… BRING BACK THE DOG BOARD!!!!

Alice was the one who made my drink today and it was amazing! I got the carrot cake matcha and blueberry matcha and truly no other Blank Street can compare. The workers were all super sweet and my drinks came out super fast:)
