This was my first experience with Blaze Pizza, and it was fantastic. The build your own pizza option was ideal for group of friends out shopping and enjoying Boston. The original crust is perfectly thin and crispy and tasted freshly made. You get to choose your own sauce and they have many options. I got the creamy white sauce base with mozzarella, grilled chicken, black olives, roasted broccoli, and mushrooms. It was so good and was 6 reasonably sized slices. I brought half of mine home. You’d think a custom made pizza would take awhile, but it didn’t. The pizza oven was right in front so you could see your pizza cooking. They have a few dessert options, but we were too full to try any. I do think the s’mores pie would have been gooey perfection with just a few seconds in the pizza oven. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!

Walked 40 minutes in the pouring rain. Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Only for the rude employees to tell us there closed. Asked what time they’re are open til. It was 10:30 they said they are open til 11 but refused to serve us. Rude and lazy employees wish I could give a zero

Order ahead is never ready, and they don’t start until you get there asking for you food claiming “just 15 mins”. Causing me to always be behind in my break and manager is never there “he was supposed to be here 30 mins ago idk if he’s gonna come” this manager is named Kenny. Awful service and never even got a refund he told me I would get and it’s been several days.

We ordered 2 pizzas and only received 1. We had the receipt and the man argued with me that we already took 1 of the pizzas, which we did not. After much back and forth and almost and hour later, he finally made the pizza we paid for. Incredibly aggravating experience. Would never come back or recommend despite the pizza itself taking good.
