The pizza is good and they have vegan options. Their delivery updates went to my spam, and when I tried to call them to get an update on my order, they outsourced their phone line to a third party call center making it hard to reach someone.

Not great. Mediocre pizza, poor customer service, soda machine not working, no napkins and the store looked pretty beat up and not very clean Pass.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality, speed and service. Most of these assembly line pizza joints have lousy ingredients and a lot is sacrificed in the name of convenience. Blaze changes the game offering a quality product at lightning speeds.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg toppings to create a new experience every time

They should have some way to look at the menu before you turn the corner. We got to the order side and a preparer rolled her eyes at us for not knowing what we wanted. It was hard to know how things work when there's a line out the door and no information prior to speaking to someone. There's very little communication between staff and I had to go back twice for missing items and we only ordered 3 things. I like the concept but it could use some updating with their process.

I was really blown away by the flavor and variety of Blazes pizza. First, they make them right in front of you, sort of like, watching a Subway grinder being made. You can select one of their signature pizzas off the menu or build your own and pick out the selection of fresh ingredients displayed right in front of you. They have a high heat oven with an open front that provides a fast bake and a delicious and crispy singe to the crust that melts in your mouth. Haven't tasted the pizza yet. Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready 7:23-7:28. Sitting here at 8:05 still waiting. Will not be back even if the pizza is great. Poorly run system wasting time waiting with a large group of angry customers.

We stopped in while on vacation. We had past by a couple of times and finally decided to try it. Glad we did. I had the 1/2 pizza and a Cesar salad. Both were quite tasty.

I really dislike ordering from this location. I always have a problem with delivery and not getting my pizza delivered. I ordered a pizza which i was texed saying that it was delivered by Joy s, but it was not. They are contracted with door dash for delivery and when you call this location about any issues they tell you you need to contact door dash. I didn't order from door dash, why do I as the customer need to contact door dash?Why are you the merchant taking care of this issue and providing great customer service.Why is the that the representative at door dash saying that it is the responsibility of blaze pizza at 134 Stuart Street to handle this issue.I am a very upset customer

My BOYFRIEND ordered the artichoke pizza and it did not come as advertised. Dollops of red sauce? More like dollops of NOTHING.Pretty upset.

My first pizza from here was a 5-star pizza so I often come back in hopes of getting another great pizza. But, in the last couple of years, it's been almost exclusively 1, 2, and 3-star pizzas that are often burned and almost universally provided with shockingly poor customer service.At it's core, the staff are poorly trained and poorly motivated. Management is absent. A few junior employees have been good but the good ones don't stay long. As such, it's generally run as if nobody cares about their product quality or the customer experience.For example, staff will often continue conversations with each other for a few minutes while customers are waiting to order. The people adding toppings (on unlimited topping pizzas) aren't taught to listen to adjectives (e.g., a "little" of x, a "lot" of y, and 1/2 of "z") which usually results in me getting way too much sauce. All of this would be okay, but the person cooking my pizza often burns it too.Tonight, my pizza was beyond burnt - the crust was dark black throughout which doesn't work on their thin-crust style pizza. Plus, it took 21-mins from when I entered until I got my pizza and there was nobody in line in front of me, so not sure why it took so long. When I returned the pizza (after realizing it was burnt), the staff knew it was burnt before I even showed them or said anything. They must have known it when they handed it to me and just hoped I wouldn't realize it until I was at home (as often happens). Of course, they offer to make another one, but now there's a line and I don't care to waste another 20-30 mins.I won't be eating here expecting anything other than a 1, 2, or 3-star pizza from now on. Lesson learned.NOTE TO THE OWNERS - Please show up. If you don't care, why should we?

My pizza was incorrect. The manager could barely produce a cohesive sentence & acted like he was being asked to clean his room. He told me another pizza would be made& he would call me when it was on the way--never heard anything back. Plenty of pizza places that will get your order correct& that have adults as managers...do yourself a favor & order elsewhere so you'll actually have dinner.
