Blue bottle obviously makes good coffee. However their prices are out of step with other top of the line coffee places, in Boston and nationwide. It’s like they started increasing prices when inflation set in a few years ago but just never stopped, to the extent that a cortado is now almost $7. It doesn’t make much sense.

A nice, small coffee shop located directly in the prudential center. The baristas are very skilled and service was great. Food and drinks were also very nice.

Very good, kind and patient service. The atmosphere is good as well. I did not like the coffee with milk I ordered. I like much more the Puerto Rican coffee I am drinking now at my home. They should include perhaps this Caribbean coffee option. I always find the coffee with milk from Cuba, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico much better than the one from the US.

Good coffee but really expensive and slow service
Warm and kind staff and some of the best espresso I've ever had. Five stars all around. I got a mocha and a cappuccino. Looking forward to the pour-over tomorrow!

Coffee way too hot. I mean scolding. Kept us on the hard wooden stools longer than we would have. I wish US coffee places could go to Australian barista school.
Blue bottle coffee Cafe in Boston delivered really quick service and great bakery treat. I got a soft and fresh chocolate crossaint. They had a lot other vakery treats and coffee servings. It was super yummy. I definitely plan on coming back when in Boston again.

As a fan of The Weeknd, I was very excited to get the Samra Origins coffee. Thank you!

I have been a HUGE fan of blue bottle ever since they were a little mom and pop shop. I was really excited when they came to Boston, and have been to this location various times. The customer service is a hit or a miss, but I have not had an amazing experience just an okay, I would give customer service a 7/10.Blue bottle coffee is always smooth and has a delicious flavor. Lately though, the barista has been overpowering milk into the lattes and the coffee has been tasting more like milk with slight flavoring, I would've loved to give the coffee a 10/10 but this time I have to give them a 6/10 for the coffee being watered down.Lately this cafe is located right inside the Prudential near the inner garden. It is an awesome environment to sit, sip your coffee, and people watch. If it wasn't for the water down coffee this place would be for sure s 10/10.

This is inside the Prudential Center in the shopping area. I tried the NOLA and it was excellent.
I also bought the Matcha and it tasted like they only poured milk and ice cubes in it. I was going to be kinder to them given that I heard their coffee was better but it seems they don't care about how people think about their Matcha if all of the negative reviews over the past few months are about how bad it is.
