I ordered the most basic drink a medium coffee with milk, I don't understand how a coffee place can't make the basics. The coffee didn't taste fresh at all more like a cup of wet coffee beans. Six dollars I'll never see again, ridiculous price and sad taste. Maybe it was because it was a slow day but for a business to be rated 4.1 I would expect a better quality.

I ordered an almond croissant. It was served to me at a bag that was used before for something salty with onions. š¤¢

Poor customer experience.
Charging more than 5$ for a standard Americano and no working restrooms. Seriously? Should one ask about restrooms before making an order, then?

Itās 11 min before closing and they claimed to have turned everything off, only offering cold brew. Turned away 3 customers. Hope this makes management proud

A chain coffee shop located on Newburry Street in Boston. The coffee is delicious and the price is reasonable. This time I ordered cappuccino. The coffee was rich and delicious with the warm milk foam.

I had two negative experiences at this location. The quality of the drinks fell below expectations, and the staff were unhelpful with simple requests. For example, they closed the restroom 30 minutes before the storeās closing time and refused to serve bakery items on ceramic plates because they had already collected them early. I donāt think Iāll be returning to this location.

In the world of overpriced coffee I beg you to please skip this one. The cardamom iced latte was an absolute 9 dollar disappointment, I have had a dunkin iced latte that sparked more joy than this bland iced latte. Please save your cash and walk a little further to a Tatteās
5 people behind the counter working on an assembly line to make a latte that had no espresso. I paid $7 for a cup of milk. This place was good a few years ago⦠please retrain the baristas

5 employees. 20 minutes for 2 coffees. All young employees girls laughing between each other. Not doing their work. The owner/manager should take notice about this. Would come back if better service.

I do like BB, with consistent quality pour over. And yes, Iām totally willing to wait like 3 min. Iād wait longer. If it made a difference. In terms of 3rd wave, Iād place it near the bottom, on its way possible to be a bland mega-chain. Coffee overall is like a 6, but thatās pretty darn good, compared to big box batch brew places. Just having more variety would make a big difference - more options for beans, especially lighter roasts and natural process beans. I would like to see more food options too (esp GF). Ambiance/music - I love the 90s grunge and other 90s throwbacks. OK friendliness.
Blue Bottle Coffee on Newbury Street is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The minimalist, cozy vibe made it the perfect spot to relax. I tried their pour-over, and it was hands down one of the best cups of coffee Iāve ever had. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into every brew. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. If youāre a coffee lover or just enjoy finding new places, I highly recommend stopping by! 5 stars all the way! āļø?

I found the store extremely noisy and a little messy, the service was ok (but we have to consider that there were 2 employees for a LOT of people arriving), very high prices ($5.5 for an espresso?!)... anyway, I didn't like it, I didn't understand the hype.

They have really great coffee; Blue Bottle is some of my favorite in the city. It's really expensive though and they really don't have a place conducive of sitting for a few minutes because the few tables are always occupied.
Parking: Back Bay in general is really difficult to park, I believe there are a few paid garages, and if you can find any, paid street parking. Really though, you're going to want to be walking around Back Bay.

Good cold brew. It's a bit overpriced, all drinks are in paper cups with cheap plastic lids, and they only give a tiny splash of oat milk (you can ask for more obviously).
