At this location, the cappuccinos are continuously made poorly and are undrinkable. In addition, a staff member wasn’t trained to even know what a cappuccino was. Poor service combined with untrained staff this location is a complete disappointment.

Overall friendly staff. Was jarring to see the workers behind the counter harassed and verbally abused by who I assume to be their superiors. Never seen anything like it. Conflicted about continuing to patronize.

Coffee is great! Staff is rude/grumpy and no one seems to wipe down ANY counters. It’s not too late to turn this around but it needs to happen ASAP. Lots of other options available.

It should be mentioned on the menu at ordering which coffees already have sugar or sweetener added, it's a common health concern. Otherwise service was great and this is a company issue with the menu, not with the staff

I love bluebottle, its my go to. But I was traveling from San Diego and the workers WERE NOT friendly at all. Still I don't normall let that get in the way of a goof review. I just think its important for the management of a store to know how the workers are acting

Blue Bottle Espresso roast purchased from Amazon has been stale multiple times. As such I get channeling and fast extractions. I’m not one to tolerate having to use a dual wall basket with a roast that should be fresh. Shame on you.

Despite being slammed and having a line I was greeted with a smile at the register and a speedy delivery on my drink! This location always caters to the customer and I recommend to anyone looking for quality coffee in the seaport!
