Blue Bottle Malibu is one of my favorite spots to meet clients and friends. The coffee is always excellent, the patio is relaxed, and the location makes it easy to stop by between appointments. Even though Blue Bottle has shops everywhere, the Malibu one has its own unique coastal vibe — bright, airy, and a great place to take a breather during a busy day. Always consistent and always a favorite.

At this location, the cappuccinos are continuously made poorly and are undrinkable. In addition, a staff member wasn’t trained to even know what a cappuccino was. Poor service combined with untrained staff this location is a complete disappointment.

Coffee is great! Staff is rude/grumpy and no one seems to wipe down ANY counters. It’s not too late to turn this around but it needs to happen ASAP. Lots of other options available.

It should be mentioned on the menu at ordering which coffees already have sugar or sweetener added, it's a common health concern. Otherwise service was great and this is a company issue with the menu, not with the staff
First time trying BBC, and I have to admit, it's really good! Better than Starbucks and DD!

I love bluebottle, its my go to. But I was traveling from San Diego and the workers WERE NOT friendly at all. Still I don't normall let that get in the way of a goof review. I just think its important for the management of a store to know how the workers are acting
