Blue Bottle Espresso roast purchased from Amazon has been stale multiple times. As such I get channeling and fast extractions. I’m not one to tolerate having to use a dual wall basket with a roast that should be fresh. Shame on you.

Took forever for them to make a single cappuccino. Seriously, it took them 25 minutes. The baristas were very inefficient, employees just stood around doing nothing. One employee took a sip of a coffee they made for themselves while there were ten people waiting for drinks; the cup they drank from had no lid on it, which is a health code violation.
When I got my coffee, it was not hot because the barista that made it only steamed the milk for about two and a half seconds, and this was pretty much the standard time she was steaming milk for all drinks she made. I sent it back, and a different barista remade my drink, which was also just barely above lukewarm.
Between the two not-even-hot cappuccinos and the blatant health code violation, it appears that Blue Bottle doesn’t really care about training its employees, or the employees at this location simply don’t care to do a good job. In either case, get your extremely overpriced coffee from somewhere, anywhere, else.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly but the size of the sandwich was pitiful... and $9. See the photo. I promise my hand isn't huge, it's the sandwich that is so small. I wouldn't eat here again.

Going here was a mistake. I hope this review helps you avoid some disappointment and frustration. This location is not up to the dwindling standards of other Blue Bottle locations. The space is unkept and poorly arranged in a way that can't accommodate the number of customers that it attracts. Mostly, the service was flawed and unremarkable. After expecting and paying 1/2x as much more than a top notch local coffee, and waiting four times as long, they didn't even get my basic latte order right. It wasn't even the right menu item. I understand that orders get mixed up and miscommunicated but no one has time to wait an additional 10-15min for an order to be remade. Even if someone were willing, there simply isn't adequate seating. If I had it to do over, I'd rather lower my standards and get what I ordered within a reasonable amount of time from the nearby Dunkin Donuts. If you're really craving a coffee. This is one of the times when you're better off slumming it.

A place that seems good for specialty drinks. Staff was nice and doing their best. Took almost 15 mins to get a plain cup of coffee because they only do pour-over. Breakfast sandwich is ok.

Ordered delivery and instead of cancelling my order or calling me to see if I would like something else they just sent a single croissant and now I have to play another order so I can eat breakfast. Still haven’t received any confirmation for a refund as well. Will not be ordering from here again
