An absolute delight, flavor and beautiful presentation. I confess I loved watching the sushi bar as they built each plate, not just mine, but that of others. It's an art.

The ambiance at Blue Ribbon Sushi was nice, and the service was decent, but the food and drinks didn’t live up to expectations. The sushi didn’t taste as fresh as it should for a place with this reputation, and the cocktails were disappointing—poorly balanced and not well-made. For the price, I expected much better quality.
Parking: There’s another restaurant called blue ribbon on the same street.

Always delicious at Blue Ribbon Sushi. I think above all else I’m blown away by the hospitality. When you get a chance to visit, try the Ka cocktail (if you can handle slight spice in a marg), the CRISPY TUNA RICE, and the spicy crab roll - DIVINE!

Best sushi in Boston (that I’ve had). The rice was perfect. The fish was so fresh. Highly recommend! As you might expect, the quality is reflected in the prices!

If you bring someone here on a first date you will greatly increase your odds of a second date.
Our experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was as captivating as the food itself, creating the perfect balance of style and substance. Flynn, our server, delivered top-notch service, attending to every detail with care and professionalism. A truly unforgettable dining experience—highly recommended!

Very good! Great service, fast food, tasty dishes.
My fiance and I had a lovely dinner here. Flynn served us and had great recommendations. We really enjoyed the crispy rice, as well as the miso soup and the maki rolls that we ordered. For dessert we had the green tea creme brulee and it did not disappoint. The drinks were also delicious; we ordered the lechee martini and japanese whiskey. I typically post pictures with my reviews but we inhaled the food before we had a chance to take pictures. Will definitely be back!

A high-end restaurant with authentically enthusiastic and knowledgeably helpful staff! Fast, attentive service without a hint of 'pushiness'. Full explanation and exquisite presentation of the food served. Tastefully well-designed modern decor. Comfortably lively atmosphere (pleasing background music playing at just the right volume, fellow patrons collectively not quiet but not too loud, all seeming to also enjoy themselves). Substantial portions of sushi (not thin-sliced like other places). The rice was a bit softer and more cohesive than other sushi restaurants (more 'gourmet'?), which I enjoyed, since I prefer sushi thoroughly soaked in the teriyaki/wasabi without it falling apart between the chopsticks. Cocktail mixed to perfection. Genuinely warm and mutually appreciative smiles with the staff upon finally leaving. Highest marks! I will definitely visit again and again!

GREAT SUSHI PLACE. The food was so fresh and so tasty. The fish was unbelievably flavorful, as was the house salad. My only complaint would be the price, but I think it is worth the pocket pain.

By far one of the best sushi spots in the Northeast. The quality of the fish is excellent, and each of the special cut pieces are so unique and delicious. The apps are sharable and the platters are a great way to try multiple styles of sushi. And the sake is incredible, if you've never had sake or are new to it, highly suggest trying the unfiltered sakes. The flavor of everything was so good, and while pricey, is definitely worth it.
