We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday and we're fortunate enough to be seated with our favorite server! She is amazing and really made the evening special for our daughter. We always have a great time at Blue Ribbon!

The quality of the fish is amazing. The preparation all excellent. Maybe it was because we were sitting at the counter, but our experience was so rushed (sushi came out while we were still enjoying our hot appetizers) that we were in and out in 45 minutes. A $200 meal isn't just about the quality of the food, but the opportunity to enjoy a night out. It felt like we had to make a connection, but we did not, rather we were just hoping to enjoy a leisurely night out on our trip to Boston. Maybe things are different at a table, but in our experience sitting at the counter at a sushi bar means interaction with the chef and a well paced opportunity to savor the experience. My guest and I both had to stop each other from gobbling down these delicacies— the speed with which the 5 chefs were working was dizzying.. I am guessing they are trying to keep up with a high volume of take out while serving the guests in the restaurant.

What an excellent place for a birthday dinner. My wife has been wanting this experience for awhile. Our server Mark was perfect. He helped guide her through the menu to select new sushi she had never tried and loves. Now she knows her new favorite is the Kinmedai Golden Eye Perch. Besides that the Wagyu meatball and everything else on the menu was top level just like the service. We will be returning here again and again

If I could give more than five stars I would and it is all because of our server Nap. Nap is genuinely one of the best people and best servers I have ever met. She is the kind of person who instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. From the second we sat down she brought such warm positive energy and made the entire experience feel special. She was attentive without hovering, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and every single recommendation she made was perfect. But more than that she just has the best personality and truly cares about the people she is serving. Honestly I would come to Blue Ribbon Sushi just for Nap. The food is amazing but she is the real reason this place stands out. She made our night unforgettable and we will always ask for her when we come back. I genuinely love her so much.

The crispy rice was so delicious as was the salad and everything else we had! Our uber never showed, so we called to let them know and they were so friendly and understanding about our delay which I really appreciate! We will return.

Went to Blue Ribbon Sushi or dinner on 12/28 at 5PM. We were one of the first tables. We ordered cocktails, appetizers, maki, sushi, miso soup and desert. We were there for over two hours. Everything was amazing. Service was awesome, pace of food service was perfect and we neer felt rushed. Highlyrecommend. By the time we left at 7:30, the restaurant was PACKED and their takeout service was clearly killing it.

Very tasty food, very fresh and good quality however our order was not correct twice and we didn't receive a couple of dishes but were billed for them. As we were trying to get to a show we didn't have time to do anything about it. Server also pretended to have language/understanding barrier. After our first bottle of wine we asked for a glass of wine and received another bottle. Didn't order it, and didn't have time for it and glasses were poured but that's when our food stopped coming out as well... disappointing.
