What a gem! I didn’t expect this place to have such a nice vibe and decor. All the wooden accents that they have and the nice sushi bar setup add a really authentic touch to the place. Also the way they serve the sushi on a wooden tray makes it a much more enjoyable experience than the usual ceramic plates. I got around 10 maki pieces and they were delicious! The rice was very soft and moist, the seaweed wrap was not chewy at all, and the fish tasted very fresh! I also got a seaweed side salad (which in my opinion can be shared by 2 people) and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place whether it’s for a night out with friends or a date! Though I would try to get a table in the area where the sushi bar is because the further you go inside the more isolated you feel, but still enjoyable! I would say that the service was a bit slow but I think it was understandable when you factor in the large amount of people, the quality and presentation of the dishes, and the care they put into them.
Love the Crispy Rice and Shrimp Tempura. Prime Zabutan steak was not as good as the last time we were there. Sushi was delish. Drinks very good. Server was too pushy trying to get our bill higher and higher, then no where to be found when she knew we were not going to order more. Also the "Main Entree" choices very limited to 2 steaks, 1 salmon and 1 chicken choice.

An AMAZING experience. Sat at the sushi bar and watched the preparation. Some of the best sushi I've had. Service was exceptional. Pricey but really well worth it. The crispy rice was the best! Can't wait to go back.
Overall definitely recommend but maybe more for a birthday than a Wednesday catch up with a friend. Have the mind set of dropping $11 on a single piece of really good sushi.

We love Blue Ribbon Sushi; no other place consistently delivers such quality. It's a little pricey but well worth it. The specials are always remarkable. The green tea creme brule is divine!
The experience in Blue ribbon sushi was amazing. The food quality was superb, everything was fresh. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are transported to a restaurant in Tokyo! The sashimi was delicious and the chocolate cake amazing as well! I will definitely be going back.
