Highest quality ingredients. Incredible mini burrito. Soft chewy cookies. Great salsa (was better when they had the spicy habanero salsa.

Something was definitely rotten in the most recent burrito I got. Very sour and bitter taste. Maybe just a one-off but I was disappointed and missed lunch :(

A good burrito restaurant that is basically just a better chipotle. Most of the staff are very nice, though some seem rather apathetic. The main issue I have is their recent jump in prices and reduction in ingredients. I go here a few times a week because it's convenient and over the last few months their burritos went from $9.50ish to over $13. To add a tablespoon of guac is now $1.50. what used to be two scoops of rice/beans/meat is now one of each. It's just becoming unaffordable.I would love to keep going here but it's too hard to justify. I think today is probably my last visit.Update: reduced the rating for the back-handed reply and ignoring the main complaint in favor of trying to make it about my meal selection... One time they literally gave me a bag of stickers instead of my chips, that's the level of apathy I'm talking about.

If you're looking for a solid, fast-casual Mexican spot for lunch and/or dinner, you MUST give Boloco a try! I assure you, you'll never go back to a Chipotle or Qdoba again. Boloco has unfortunately downsized, location-wise over the past few years. Thankfully, the location near Children's is still rolling up the fattest and tastiest burritos in Boston. Our go-to is their Original-size, "Goloco" burrito. I typically order mine with the grass-fed, marinated steak- or the grilled chicken. They also offer half chicken and half steak if you want both. I typically order mine with Boloco rice, Black Beans, Pico, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Elote Corn, and Fajita Veggies. The burrito is substantial and very filling! They do not skimp on the protein or other ingredients like the other chains! Here, you aren't charged more for proteins and you can choose over 8+ "fillings" for no extra charge. I always order a side of their green salsa verde. It has just a touch of heat and a ton of flavor. I suggest ordering it as a side, that way you can have it how you want it. Their mango salsa is also phenomenal. I highly suggest their guacamole and chips. It is a good sized portion for a single person. Under $5. The chips are freshly made and the guacamole is just right. It's not too thick, lumpy, or spicy. They don't overdo it on the onions. Service is always quick and the order is always accurate and on-point. I typically order delivery and my order always is packaged properly, hot, and made accurately. My only complaints would be the steak and the lettuce. The last few burritos I noticed the steak was a bit more chewy and fatty. I am hoping they remedy that, as their steak is my favorite. The lettuce on the last two burritos was wilted and brown. If you're looking for a fast-casual, local Mexican spot- give Boloco a try! You cannot go wrong! I guarantee you won't go back to the other guys after a meal here! I only wish they had more locations!

Someone else ordered catering from here for an event I attended. I had a vegan modern mexican bowl with tofu (no cheese). The bowl looked really good at first, but turned out to be about 80% rice, with a sprinkling of beans, pico, and tofu on top. It actually tasted really good, but I was pretty unsatisfied with the proportion of the ingredients. I do appreciate that they have a very vegan friendly menu.

The food quality and appearance of this place has gone really down. The quality of the food is just blah and the portions are really small. Veggies aren’t fresh at the bar. Chips are salty and with queso is not a good combination. Chipotle is 50 times better.

Boloco never disappoints. Plus the staff over by BCH are the sweetest. They are quick and efficient even during lunch rush. Got my order quick with no issues.

This location is very efficient. As they need to be, it gets busy here during lunch!
