The food is what it is. The price reflects the location more than the quality. However, what upsets me most is that 99% of the time I order my sandwich "for here," they give it to me wrapped in sub paper, as if they didn’t hear me. The expectation seems to be that I eat my food at the table without a barrier between the sandwich and the dirty surface. I either have to lay out napkins, as if I ordered from a sidewalk vendor, or ask for a tray or plate. When I do ask, they almost always look at me as if I have two heads. The inconsistency in whether the sandwich will be cut in half or turn into a mess is also staggering.

Banh Mi had uncooked smelly chicken and the texture of the bread was dry and sad. And they charged $12 for that. Not great if you're a hungry tired office worker and don't have any option but to nibble on the edible bits. Hopefully I won't get sick from it.

It's so bad, it's okay to eat until you're full, but don't go back to eating again. Rice is bland and food is mixed between countries. Quite expensive compared to other shops. Don't drink tropical water, a glass filled with ginger will be spicy. The noodles are also crumbly

I love the food at Bon Me. It is great for a quick to-go lunch. If I have more time, the space is inviting to sit down and eat with bright colors and lots of sunlight. My favorites are the Namesake sandwich (I like to add jalapenos) and the Food Truck Fave rice bowl. Every drink I've tried has been delicious as well. I love the flavors and come back at least once a week!
Noodles had no flavor. The bahn mi was mostly carrots, although the bun was toasted perfectly. Side note in store QR codes on menu takes you to an invalid web page.

Pretty disappointed with my last couple of visits here. Bon Me food trucks used to be a go to favorite lunch spot for me but today was just terrible. I got singapore rice noodles and I could not tell if it was supposed to be all mixed up or they dropped it. Temp was weird too, kind of cold in some spots but warm in others. Taste was bland and salty and the whole thing was just messy. Sadly, this was the final straw for an old favorite.
