While the food came out immediately, the namesake banh mi was incredibly mediocre and dry - felt like a beefed up American version with a ton of meat and hardly any veggies. Also no jalapeños! Pate was hard to find on it.

Our tamarind triangle bowl had no tamarind and a similar level of flavor. Was 75% noodles with a couple peanuts, 1.5 cherry tomatoes, large clumps of scrambled egg, and fried shallots. We covered it in sriracha.

Bon me is one of my absolute favorite quick grab lunches. If you see one, you should stop. I love their noodle bowl with the miso braised pulled pork. I also love their sandwich with tofu or the chicken. Do yourself a favor and stop in next time you need a quick and delicious lunch!
