Omg I can’t believe people eat this food. Absolutely disgusting. The noodles were bland and unsauced. The chicken had a weird burnt flavor. I’m actually shocked. It cost me 17.50, wow.

I’ve eaten here for years, and have never had issues. My last 2 orders of soba noodles- the noodles were over cooked, vinaigrette cup was half filled.

I have a dairy allergy, The request of no mayo on my sandwich was completely ignored. I order the sandwich from another location all the time and they’ve never got ot wrong. Lunch ruined, I didn’t open it until I got home. Thanks!

Been eating here for about once a week for a year. Today I found a sharp piece of plastic in my sandwich. I brought it to the front and showed and employee telling them they should check to make sure there isnt a bunch in the other sandwich ingredients still sitting to make other sandwiches. Worried about the saftey, i didn’t even take the time to photograph it. They gave me a refund but i saw no urgency to investigate if there was more plastic in the containers my food came from as more sandwiches continued to be made. Will not return here sadly.

The sandwiches were duper yummy and filling great for lunch!
Went to Bon Me to meet up a friend. Tried K-town throwdown because the description sounded like a good mix of ingredients, but I was disappointed. It just felt like a whole bunch of side dish put on top of a bowl of rice. The only thing that made "K-town" was kimchi. It didn't blend too well. The spicy chicken was too salty, the bok choy was bland, and kimchi didn't particularly go well together. I would've made the chicken sauteed in gochujang with a little more ginger and sugar, if I had the opportunity to change it, and replace bokchoy with cabbage. Ali's Pho tasted decent. I probably won't be ordering here too much. The food is relatively healthy with a good blend of carbohydrate, protein, and veggies (unsure about the calories), but it wasn't authentic nor was it a particularly a well-devised fusion.

2nd visit:
Ordered the namesake and tropical moon boba, but good luck figuring out what's in the drink because there's no way to check. The ordering is done through an ipad/tablet system and I couldn't find an option to read more about each of the menu.

I got the noodles salad with salt and pepper chicken, rice noodle, miso lime sauce, and the scallion jam.
The salad came with all of the above plus salad greens and red onions too (and maybe others, can't remember).
The chicken had a nice flavor and was juicy, but that was really all the flavor of the salad. The miso-lime was way watered down for me to taste the sauce that I had to put in sriracha (and I don't like Sriracha too much). I do have to say I liked that the onion flavor was muted, and the salad greens helped the dish taste more refreshing. I'm not sure what the scallion "jam" is; just looked like scallion but its flavor was muted as well, and that was an extra $1 which I don't find reasonable. One other thing I appreciated how much food there is; it made me pretty full after eating the whole thing.
I wouldn't mind getting it again if I wanted something that wasn't heavy.

I started eating my food and it was really nice. Then I found a bug in my plate and that was very unfortunate. They reimbursed me and they were very friendly though.

Food here is great, excellent lunch option or quick dinner. Plenty of creative options to choose from, one of my absolute favorites in the city whether at one of their food trucks or now one of their several stores!
