Since the owner changed, EVERY DISH HAS BEEN A TOTAL DISASTER! I love sweet soy garlic chicken, but now it’s overwhelmingly SALTY. I'm so disappointed and will not order here again. If you want to taste the real BonChon's chickens, then you'd better to go to BonChon in South Quincy.
Severely disappointed by the level of service received by the girls at the front desk. I called and ask if there was a wait for a table of 3, they said no you can just walk in. I came in shortly after and was told it’s take out only. It should’ve been mentioned on the phone so I can order it online for pickup, versus coming to the store to handle it. The machines crashed during ordering. No one offered to just place the order with the two women and one guy standing there until we asked for help. Workers are more attentive of each other and talking about what they’re doing after work versus helping the customers. The attitude or the way they speak to the customers come off rude. Won’t back.

I ordered uber eats from this store , the chicken wings there were a little bit sauce on it that’s like no taste, very bad experience with this order , we ordered honey soy and spicy , both just a little bit of sauce taste very bad

Bonchon used to be one of my favorite spots to go to, and now I think its still decent, but not a spot that I would call a favorite anymore.
I used to go in person, but the service was kind of subpar and the atmosphere of the place was like a sports bar mixed with a modern design, now its kind of gross looking? I've seen a mice inside and the interior is kind isn't as cleanly as it used to be.
The food is alright, I guess. Prices are on the average to pricier side for Korean fried chicken, and the other food/side dishes are alright but portions are small for the price. As for the chicken, I typically get the soy garlic/Bonchon chicken. It used to be a bit saucy, not overwhelming but covering most of the chicken. The last time I had it, it was dry and felt like it had no flavoring. It was still crunchy and ok, but not the Bonchon I expected.
I don't know, you'll get better elsewhere or at a different Bonchon establishment.
