the host is
so rude
Fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The buttered lobster roll is legit, soft bun, sweet lobster, and the perfect amount of seasoning. Classic Boston seafood done right.

Ordered the cold lobster roll. Tasty but not as good as New York. However, the clam chowder was the best I’ve ever tasted. I’ll give that a “10” Yum! 😋 A bit pricey but worth to fill the bucket list. Will try different item next time I’m in Boston. Staff was friendly.

The popular food was fine but way over overpriced. Same quality else where is much cheaper.

When one is in Boston, they eat Clam Chowder. Our tour bus stopped at Quincy Market, where I found Boston Chowda Co. One small cup of chowder was nearly $8, which ate up my lunch budget, so I was unable to try the Lobster Roll, which I also wanted to try. There was a combination platter, and I learned that lobster is also out of my price range. The line to order was long, and the employees were busy. Make up your mind what you want before you get in line, or they'll move past you. The chowder was served not. There was a small eating area around the corner where one could stand at a counter to eat. The chowder was okay.

Last time I was in Quincy Market while visiting Boston I had their New England Clam Chowder and it was very good. So I came back while visiting again and had the lobster bisque which I really wanted to try previously. 😊 Really good! 👍 Huge claws of lobster meat. Lots of 🦞 😋
Delicious and hot. Warmed me up on a cool Fall day! Friendly service. Highly recommend.

Review is of chilled Lobster Bisque sold in a grocery store about 1,100 from Boston.
Delicious! Loved it.
Flavor, texture & ample lobster meat in fragrant, creamy stock.
It was on sale for $9 for an 18-oz container.
Will buy again.

Hot Lobster Roll & Chowda combo is the flagship item here—for good reason. Toasted bun, hot butter, chunky chowder, warm not hot. Nice staff, they get you in and out of there in minutes.

There are lots of seafood options in Quincy Market, but this was the cheapest New England clam chowder ($7.27 for a small) so I gave it a try. It was tasty but very potato heavy, so it felt almost more like a potato soup than a real clam chowder. The staff were really quick and made things as efficient as possible with how crazy the environment can get, which I appreciated.
