First time trying the lobster roll and the chowder soup and here it was! Visiting in last October and the ingredients and dish are so fresh and delicious, I was surprised felt happiness in every bite! Special thanks to Aziz and Jime who served me well with their hospitality and kind passion 🤩🤩

The crab cakes were the unsung hero. The chowder was good and very rich! If you're not used to eating foods that are that heavy, order a smaller size because we aren't used to very rich thick cream-based sauces and it made both of our stomachs hurt a little the next day. The flavor on the chowder was good though. I don't think I put two and two together that it was basically a food court place and so finding seating was hard but to be expected at Quincy Market.

Very popular spot in Quincy Market. This is a place I usually visit every time I’m in Boston, and I’ve always loved their clam chowder. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed because it was bland. I’m hoping it was just an off day.

Really good lobster roll!
• The cold lobster roll was absolutely delicious. It was creamy but not overpowering, paired with perfectly buttery bread. Cozy comfort for a chilly day 🦞❄️
• Pricey, yes; but considering the touristy location and the quality, it’s worth a try.
• Staff were kind and quick to serve, plus they offer free chowder samples (a lovely touch!).
• A must-try when visiting Boston!

This one is expensive. Just about worth it, but still expensive. Yes, it is lobster, so price expectations are already on the high end. For the prices charged though, portions could be slightly bigger, or the overall experience could be improved with better service and a smoother ordering and pick-up process.

That said, the lobster melt was very good, and I have heard positive things about the chowder as well. The best option is probably the combo with chowder and a lobster roll, so you can try both of their main offerings.

Good food, but manage your expectations when it comes to value.

Boston Chowda Co is such a fun and delicious stop in Boston’s Faneuil Hall Marketplace! Their New England clam chowder is creamy, flavorful, and warming — exactly what you want when you’re craving classic Boston comfort food. The lobster rolls and seafood options are tasty and hearty, and the menu has a great variety of soups, sandwiches, and seafood favorites that showcase fresh flavors and New England style. Even though it can be busy, especially in peak times, the service is quick and friendly, and it’s a perfect spot for a satisfying meal while exploring the city. The atmosphere inside the market adds to the experience and makes it feel like a true Boston must-try. Highly recommended!

The food was PRICEY but tasted pretty good. The lobster mac n cheese had lots of crispy breadcrumbs on top, and an okay amount of lobster meat. For the price, it could have been bigger, but that's to be expected at a popular touristy market. The clam chowder tasted great, and so did the the lobster roll. The lobster was very buttery and soft -- better than the lobster in the mac n cheese. The service behind the counter felt rushed and overstimulating, and the seating options inside the market were very limited and crammed. Overall, only eat at Quincy Market if you're looking for a quick meal at a touristy location, with bustling crowds and loud chattering all around.

Popular spot inside Quincy Market, known for their Clam Chowder “Chowda”. There is a line but it moves very quick. Food was great and lives up their expectations. Service is not so good. Staff is careless and there is not really a feel of customer service (no warmth). In addition, make sure your order is complete. I took a lobster roll and a clam chowder to go for my son who stayed behind and when I got to the hotel, the chowder was missing. Very disappointed.
Tip: Quincy Market is very busy at lunch, secure a seating spot first or you might have to eat standing

The hot lobster roll was delicious and I could have 20 they were so good!!! Kind of small special for the price but so good!! The chowder was also very delicious. There was lots of areas to sit and enjoy, but it wasn’t a crowded area with many other vendor boost around so lots of choices if someone doesn’t like seafood.
