I've been to this place every time I end up at Quincy Market. Not only is the food delicious (specifically the 'chowda' and lobster bisque), but the staff is amazing! They are so sweet and kind and make sure to take care of their guests. An absolute MUST 🥰
Bought a gallon of chowder to bring back to Texas a day before in North Andover location. However, upon reading TSA regulations, it needed to be completely frozen and mine was beginning to defrost due to not having access to a freezer in my hotel! I stopped by this location and asked if they could swap it out for a fully frozen one, upon providing proof of purchase, Manager and staff provided outstanding service and took care of my issue😃 thank you very much. Best clam chowder I’ve ever had , we made sure to go everyday when we were in town . The seating is limited but that didn’t stop us . We got the cold lobster roll on our first day and the hot butter lobster roll the next and it was delicious . I still prefer the cold over the warm sandwich. Everything was amazing 😌 10/10
