I wish I could give them 0 stars. Hispanic women working the window was extremely rude and dismissive absolutely horrible service! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING !!!

I tooo my family here from Quincy to get aice cream and receive the worst service ever!!! The lady working was completely rude to my son, and started sweating and yelling and was very unprofessional, she needs to be fired asap or you will loose business at this time.
I will never come back to the establishment and will tell everyone to not come here or at this time.

Hispanic lady is just so rude there. She started cleaning over a half hour before the shop closes, it's a cold winter night, wouldnt let us in and told us to use the window. Was trying to place an order for a cake, and try flavors but turned around. Was not going to do all that in the cold. The attitude is not worth it. Will go elsewhere.

The ice cream's high price isn't justified by its quality.

Just came back from there. I asked for Durian Ice Cream. I was there the past Sunday. She said Durian was sold out. I asked when would they have it, and she said Tuesday and Wednesday. Yes, this is Tuesday, and she said they didn't have it. Why did she tell me to come back Tuesday. She could not explain and just shut the window. Very rude and unprofessonal. Will never go there again. I can find Durian Ice Cream in Oriental markets in my neighborhood. If you were the owner, fire that woman. Should be 0 star.

This place is trash. Who ever the girl is who worked the window today May 10th from about 3 to 5 is rude as hell and very unprofessional. Will never be back there again.

This used to be such a great Ice Cream store back when I was a little kid. Used to like this place for Oreo and Cake, but then one time the lady got mad at my mom, not sure about the whole context because I haven’t visited this place for like 3 years, last time visit was during Covid. Then I come back to this place… Why is this place still up if the customer service is so bad? Me and my Ma got ice cream I get a cup she get a cone as she eats the ice cream she finds a hair in her ice cream and I find mystery green black stuff that do not taste like chocolate chips to me not to mention their lack in health don’t come here ever if I could I would give them zero stars

The ice cream is ok. It comes through on a hot day.. Service is sarcastic and not that friendly. I was charged a different price it each time I've visited.

Stopped during a rainy afternoon for a soft serve. Got a medium soft vanilla with sprinkles in a dish. Was the only person in line and had a simple order so no complaints. Online reviews made me a little hesitant, but if you come during a slow time, you should have a fine experience. The woman at the register was nice enough, wasn’t overly friendly but didn’t come off as rude.Just a heads up, minimum spend of $10 on a credit card otherwise they charge an additional $1 fee

Just Saying J.P Licks is better the worker of this location are bad they have bad attitude so always go to J.P Licks.
