Terrible customer service. I had a voucher for a meal (chicken fingers or sandwich, fries or mac and cheese and 1 drink) Went to use it and they said i could only use it on chicken fingers and a pepsi. I don't drink soda. She refused to let me take a water or any other beverage. Why have the vouchers if they aren't honored?

Best restaurant in the market by far. Very respectful workers. Best wings, their potatoes are the best. I don’t know why this is a 3.8 review. Maybe different workers giving customers attitude, but from my customer service I received, 100% best.

Place was horrible. Chicken was uncooked inside and no flavor at all. Definitely will not recommend. STAY AWAY. For your very own health sake

The woman sneezed into her ungloved hands and then kept preparing my food

This place used to be outstanding. I used to come here every Friday for lunch, but probably for almost half a year now, the food hasn't been the same. I went to Boston Kitchen a few days ago because I haven't had their food in months. When I ordered my food and sat down to eat it, everything was dry, stale, and undercooked. Most importantly, it didn't taste fresh at all and wasn't satisfying to me. Which was a shocker because their food always tasted fresh to me and tasted great, in my opinion, at least. I got Fried Chicken, French fries, and Macaroni and Cheese and the only thing that tasted okay was the macaroni and cheese but even that tasted strange. Maybe the reason why my food turned out the way it did, was because the food selections they had were sitting under the heat for too long? I honestly don't know but I generally don't think this is a bad restaurant. Every time I come here, their customer service has always been excellent. But after eating that food, I probably won't be going there for a while because the food made me feel really sick.

I ordered 3 chicken finger plates thinking they were $6.99 each based on a picture I saw with the fingers and fries. We ate the fingers but all 3 of us did not finish even 1/2 the fries. I don’t usually waste food but I did not want to carry the fries around. I just looked at my receipt and see that I was charged $13.89 (3 x $4.63) for just the fries and $20.97 got the fingers which was fine. I feel like whatever I saw for advertising was misleading but my fault since I did not question the pricing but I never would have paid $13.89 for three side orders of french fries. The chicken fingers were kind of dry with no sauce - just ketchup for the fries and I would never go there again except maybe to point out that I feel their advertising was misleading.

Solid food for a good price. I got a spinach, scallion, and avocado omelette along with two latkes. The total came to $13.91. My order came out quick, I don't think I waited even 5 minutes, which was really nice. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I ended up cutting up my omelette and putting it on top of the latkes, then adding this spicy green topping (not sure what it was). It was good overall. Filling but not heavy. The service was fine. The two latkes were good but I don't think I'd get them again as I thought they were quite expensive for the size/amount ($4.50). Overall I was happy with my purchase. Would come back

DINNER REVIEW Inna's had been on my list for a while since it served traditional Jewish food in an artisanal food space (the Boston Public Market). I had heard you have to get the shakalatkes (shakshuka plus latkes, a very enticing concept) so I, of course, ordered those plus a falafel pita. Service was quick and we sat down with our food pretty quickly. The falafel pita was good, the falafel tasted fresh, as did the toppings. I would get that one again. However, the shakalatkes were a little disappointing. I felt like the shakshuka took over the whole thing and it was just the sauce overpowering the soggy patties of potatoes. I think a larger and crispier latke would have provided a better overall eating experience. I would come back for the falafel, not for the shakalatkes

THEY STEAL HALF OF THE ORDER WHE SERVING.I DID ORDER THE CHICKEN PLATE.WHEN I SAW ONLY HALF OF MY ORDER I ASKED THE GIRL ABOUT THE OTHER HALF, AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY.THE OTHER GIRL CAME TO RESCUE HER SAYING: WELL, IT'S ONLY A QUART OF CHICKEN.... THAT WAS MAYBE 1/8 OF CHICKEN... THEY LIE TO PEOPLE.NEVER COME BACK AND I'LL PUT IT IN YOUTUBE ALSO.

I just got this cup of chicken shawarma but it was all I wanted! They did a great job, and it filled me up.

Exceptional omelette - mushroom, spinach, feta and avocado. Really tasty and good texture. Their frozen mushroom pot pies are delicious and I can see this becoming a staple in the winter!

Ordered and paid for item on ritual app. ritual affords you the opportunity to order your food, pay for it, and simply pick it up. No wait....When I went to pick it up, they gave my order away. Did I mention that the item was already paid for? The simply said we gave it away. They were not apologetic, but rather made me wait while they fulfilled all the other orders they were taking. Thats for the customer service. Now for the taste, the falafel was one of the nastiest I've ever tasted. It was super grainy and not good at all. I was just trying them out, but they will never get my service again. Poor customer service + poor quality food = a no for me

While I was excited to try Inna's Kitchen when I stopped by for lunch at Boston Public Market, I was pretty underwhelmed. I had heard about their "shakalatkes" - a sort of combo of latkes and shakshuka (two things I like), so I ordered that. Two eggs (over easy) over latkes with shakshuka sauce, feta cheese, sour cream, and avocado. The eggs were well cooked, which was just about the only thing I liked about this dish. The latkes were not for me. I guess I like latkes with more texture? When I make them, I grate potato, so it has a body and texture. These latkes were like pureed potato mush. They were browned on the outside, but yet not crispy. They were kind of a bland, soft, mushy mess. The shakshuka sauce was also underwhelming - also bland, not seasoned. I don't think the cheese on my dish was feta (I didn't taste it at all), and the sour cream and avocado didn't add anything to the dish. Overall, just something I didn't enjoy eating and wouldn't eat again. Which is too bad, because I love the concept and it sounded like something right up my alley!

Very underwhelming breakfast. Everything was texturally too similar. Eggs were overcooked, latkas were barely crisp. The side portions of two different sauces we're tasty but not enough to save the dish. Overpriced, too.

Love innas! Best falafel sandwich in Boston. Great take away frozen soup and savory pies. Absolutely love it!
