Excellent customer service. I walked in to order pizza maybe 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. They were clearly stressed and busy and my order got lost in the chaos. But they were still very patient, attentive, and even gave me an extra slice on the house because I had to wait longer than expected. I appreciated the token! The pizza is delicious too, definitely a great place for takeout.

The customer service was excellent! I went in with my son and placed an order for him and myself. Before doing so, I asked if I could sample their tuna. I’ve gotten tuna from other places and it was subpar, so I was skeptical. The gentleman the took my order was very nice and provided me a sample. The food was very good, definitely will go back.

Not so great. This Business do not know how to make Smoothie Bowls correctly. They told me they don’t use Honey in the Bowls Caramel. Like Huh the granolas are Huge the size of tennis ball. Food not too great. Great Area wrong ppl running it.

I order a cheeseburger basket and requested no sesame seeds on the bun because I’m allergic. The food was delivered and there was sesame seeds on the bun. When I call to inquire about my order they tell me the guy that took the order doesn’t understand English 🤯

Awful experience... ordered pizza, fries and burger to be delivered to the hotel at 12.04 am, expected delivery time was 12.25 am. Delivery time was pushed back to 12.50 am. App showed driver was at the vendor for a long time and they had other orders to collect/delivery. Order was delivered at 1.08 am and was freezing cold... wasn't even kept in a heat bag for transportation. Pizza was like rubber and fries were soggy. Called the vendor and they weren't interested, said Uber Eats was at fault. Both parties are actually at fault. Seeking a full refund.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza recently. The waitress, Lee was rude, inattentive, and acted like serving us was a massive inconvenience. Lee barely checked on our table, refused to serve us bugs and cheese because we are over 12 when we have had it multiple times at this establishment with no issues. It felt like she was trying to up sell so the tip would be more. To top it off, she was unfriendly the entire time, like she couldn't wait for us to leave. When leaving she didn’t thank us or address us properly, just walked away from the table. Honestly, l'd think twice about coming back-there are so many better places to eat where the staff actually care about their customers. To the owner of Boston Pizza get rid of this girl! When I complained to some of my friends about this, they mentioned they also had a similar experience with her.
They are not too busy but very long wait.
