One of my fav places for tasty american food. I love going here. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. This place has a nice atmosphere.

My favorite place for American food. Staff is always timely even when they have a full house. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

Hands-down the best hotel in Boston! Luxurious amenities, beautiful guest rooms, welcoming and personable staff. Can you please provide me with the email address of the general manager? Thank you!!

Woman collapsed and passed out from drinking way too much. The bar should have stopped serving. And we thought this was a classy place

Bernie Pucker

Okay. Hard to justify a 34 dollar burger.

Great bartenders! The drinks were fantastic and the interior is classic and warm, but it's the staff that makes this place great.

I feel obligated to give my opinion and help people make the wise decisions. The food was just pretentiously decorated low quality food and the service was terrible. I went this place on new years eve for dinner. It was a course meal. I told the waitress I didn't take much salt and the soup came out very salty. So I told the lady I would like it less salt than this for the main meal. My main meal, the pasta was so salty so I asked the waitress if she told the chef about my salt restriction and she said yes but the chef said the sauce was already premade so couldn't change. I was not pleased because I would have chose something else if they told me in the first place. So I ordered the Cod dish and it came out uncooked. It was pink inside. My husband ordered duck dish and it was partially uncooked. One end was bleeding rare and the other end was fully cooked. So we asked them to cook more and it came out cooked but the side vegetable dishes were cold. Wish they had them warmed up too. We waited so long and lost our appetite after the battle to get the right food. Also since the is the lounge restaurant, the entrance of the restaurant is pretty open from the lobby and the restroom is on the other side of the restaurant which is also connected to outside, there were so many people walking in and out from outside to just pass to the restroom. Imagine as you try to have your dinner, people just come in from outside with coats and hats and gloves quickly walk by. I could feel the cold air from them. It was very chaotic and noisy. I was not pleased. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
