Wow, I wish I found this place sooner. The food and prices were good especially for the area. The server was the only one working around 5pm, but did a great job providing service to all the customers. Close to the Boston Harbor Hotel, so perfect location prior to the outdoor concert,

Really enjoyed my meal here. Fried seafood platter tasted great, good portion of scallops and shrimp in there. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints whatsoever.

Great lunch/early dinner with a variety of specials and selections. The espresso martinis were the best part.

If you’re on the hunt for the best espresso martini in Boston, stop searching—Broadside Tavern is the spot. I’ve tried espresso martinis all over the city, and nothing comes close to the one here. It’s bold, smooth, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to drink. You can tell they take pride in every pour.

Beyond the martini, their espresso itself is on another level—rich, aromatic, and the ideal afternoon pick-me-up or after-dinner closer. Whether you’re starting your night or winding it down, Broadside hits all the right notes.

The vibe is elevated yet welcoming, and the staff makes the whole experience even better. You feel like you’re in on Boston’s best-kept secret. Perfect for a night out with friends, a date spot, or just treating yourself to a top-tier drink.

Can’t recommend this place enough—Broadside Tavern is that place for espresso lovers.

I ordered their Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. Overall it was pretty good, wish the chicken was a bit thicker, but the flavor was solid. Pretty decent place for a quick bite.

We're gluten- and dairy-free, and this restaurant was extremely close to our hotel. We were hopeful, but the portions were somewhat small for the price. My entree was so sad and bland; it WAS safe to eat, though, which is the most important thing. I wish the days of salad or unseasoned meat and steamed veggies being the only options for those with allergies were over by now, but we were extremely grateful to find any restaurant like this in Boston. The waitress was very helpful in protecting us from hidden allergens, and we did spot a few locals here, like our doorman, so I'm sure the food is great if you don't require special accommodation.

Very friendly staff, very kid friendly, and a great menu selection. Crab cakes and clam chowder were delicious. Kids really enjoyed the macaroni and cheese and the chicken tenders. Good beer and cocktail selection too.
