Got the smokehouse brisket, which I've gotten from a different location and it was fantastic. This location forgot my cream cheese and had bland and COLD brisket. I paid $9 and waited a solid 15 minutes for that??

I’ve been having lunch almost every day at this marvelous place with my husband recovering from his heart surgery at BID, and I couldn’t have made a better choice for lunch. All the people who work there are so lovely and kind, and the bagel sandwiches are delicious! I leave feeling comforted and full.

I was very happy with the service and the food. The gentleman that helped me (light hazel eyes) was super nice!!!! I was unimpressed by the other food establishments surrounding the hospital that my family is staying in. Google had y'all listed first. I am very happy I chose this shop for breakfast. I will be back every morning that I am here in Boston!!!! A+++

I go to this location (Longwood) every morning, It's on my way to work. Every morning I order pickup through uber eats. And every morning I order the same thing. And every morning, my sandwich is made incorrectly. It’s on the menu, simple, nothing out of the ordinary. Tired of it. Go to the location around the corner (Harvard).

The young woman at cash register named Brianna was extremely rude. She called one of our party an old man in a very demeaning way. Not impressed at all.
To top it off one of the least impressive bagels I have ever had. Poor consistency, barely any cc. Don’t waste your money.
My Mom was in the hospital at Beth Israel, so I stopped in to grab a quick bite for the family. The guy who took my order was rude, clearly didn’t want to be take my order. I ordered three of the sandwiches the same, just bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Then I ordered a double stack, the employee rudely and awkwardly said “that’s 4 sandwiches not 3”. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, I was gonna order coffee but had already lost all my confidence that this guy was gonna make me good food. The Customer behind me tried to order a coffee, He literally told the customer to go to Dunkin’ for Coffee only bagels are good here. Which was a lie, my bagel tasted old and the contents of the sandwich were all cold. Pretty gross, I expect a bacon egg and cheese to be hot and fresh, instead they served a lukewarm bagel with cold ingredients in the middle. Terrible experience, will never come back!

Small bagel, barley any cream cheese. Everything bagel was like taking a bite of salt.
I wonder if the CEO or directors try the food at every location to ensure good product or do they just sit and collect money.
Best watch it corporate, America will turn and there will be no more CEO job.
Small time with owners that care about their product will be superior soon.
