My Mom was in the hospital at Beth Israel, so I stopped in to grab a quick bite for the family. The guy who took my order was rude, clearly didn’t want to be take my order. I ordered three of the sandwiches the same, just bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Then I ordered a double stack, the employee rudely and awkwardly said “that’s 4 sandwiches not 3”. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, I was gonna order coffee but had already lost all my confidence that this guy was gonna make me good food. The Customer behind me tried to order a coffee, He literally told the customer to go to Dunkin’ for Coffee only bagels are good here. Which was a lie, my bagel tasted old and the contents of the sandwich were all cold. Pretty gross, I expect a bacon egg and cheese to be hot and fresh, instead they served a lukewarm bagel with cold ingredients in the middle. Terrible experience, will never come back!

Small bagel, barley any cream cheese. Everything bagel was like taking a bite of salt.
I wonder if the CEO or directors try the food at every location to ensure good product or do they just sit and collect money.
Best watch it corporate, America will turn and there will be no more CEO job.
Small time with owners that care about their product will be superior soon.

This place is always messy with supplies strewn about on seating areas. The service is also really slow, I wonder if they are getting too many online orders that makes it hard to keep up with walk-ins. Staff generally looks unhappy ☹️ and definitely not coming back here.
Ordered on DoorDash and what showed up was completely wrong. Ordered 3 sandwiches and a coffee and got an orange juice, one sandwich and a muffin. I have tried calling the store 5 times and no one will pick up. Completely dissatisfied with the service. This was not DoorDash’s fault!!!! Want my money back!

Used to come here a lot, but service and quality has been going downhill. This bagel was completely smashed, not cut in half, and toasted which I did not want. Texture of the bagel was completely ruined. It took about 20 min to order and receive a simple bagel with cream cheese. Staff is totally disorganized with cashier leaving for about 10 minutes to start prep work. Go to kupels in Brookline instead, and you will be very happy.

Place hasn't been updated in 30 years. During COVID they didn't allow in store dining but then years later they still closed off the seating area and made it a stock room. Many staff over the years were great but the last 6 years its become a very tired and boorish experience. Great product but it's now just tired. Maybe time for 375 Longwood to find a new tenant.
