Went there at opening this morning and the woman at the register was extremely rude. I get it… I don’t want be up at 6 in the morning either. I was getting bagels for my fellow nurses who also have to work a long 12 hour shift. If we treated you at the hospital the same way you treated me you surely wouldn’t like it. I can understand you may have things going on personally that may affect your work performance. Perhaps you shouldn’t work in food service where you have face to face contact with customers
We just moved into the area and are so glad there is a Bruegger's here. The bagels are always fresh and the coffee is delicious! Chanel, the manager, is always friendly. Love it!
Update: Chanel is really the best! Bruegger's, you are lucky to have her!
I bought bagels for the first time there. They were small and very compact. It seemed like they didn't rise long enough.
Poor customer service on 5/16 in the morning time. Employees act like they don't Want to help client and if you request something they start making comments with each other. Order was incomplete.
Brueggers makes great bagels but they make terrible sandwiches. Can’t smear cream cheese on a bagel to save their life- either uneven spread or simply not enough. This happens every time to a simple bagel and cream cheese or even a bagel sandwich.
I’ve lived near this shop for a long time and have always loved the bagels but the quality has gone way downhill over the years. They removed the seating a couple years ago so there should be no reason not to have impeccable service at the order counter.
Everything tasted like burnt grease. I got the twice baked hash brown and the pepper bacon egg and cheese. Terrible and not edible.
Terrible uper management
Got there at 1:36 PM and they were closed before they closing time at 2 PM very unprofessional business drove all the way from Dedham to get me breakfast and they’re closed before closing time
This location has issues consistently. Today they ran out of bagels. I only found out when I went to pick up my order, and to my surprise the door was locked. The worker said they couldn't cancel my order, so I have to go through a form online. The worker was extremely rude about the situation.
I never write a review but the staff was so rude and slow I felt the need to. Just go to Dunkin' Donuts.

most recent visit the bagels were over risen and very puffy with no holes (bought a dozen and did not look at them until much later in the day when I was long gone & store closed). the atmosphere in the store was not very friendly either. prefer the brookline location. quality of the bagels not there for that price.

they close 10 min before 2
My wife and I ordered a few dozen bagels and cream cheese for our son’s birthday party. We got delivery, and it arrived an hour before the party without any cream cheese. We also got 2 boxes of coffee with about 10 cups. My wife ran over to pick up the cream cheese and mentioned only getting 10 cups. They were rude to her and made it feel like she was in the wrong. Not what you would expect after purchasing a large order and not getting what you payed for.
Terrible customer service. Staff is always rude and unhappy. Management does not respond to criticism well. Good food, but terrible service

Poor customer service, food took so long, short staff, in this place should be at least 3 to 4 person. Nothing compared with the one from Bedford.
