Follow up on dropping service from 2 stars to 1. I took up Bruggers on their note below and filled out the form to which I have gotten no response. *FAIL*

Wow this food was bad. Ordered a bacon-avacado-tomato on a begal. The bagel was barely above room temperature and some of the contents were icy.

The person taking orders was reasonably responsive but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care at all. Beyond the lack of effort put into the food another customer mentioned dropping food in the entryway (not to get another, but get it cleaned up). Nobody seemed to care and I had to step around the stepped on food on the way out.

I'm beyond appalled.

If this is a franchise it's embarrassing to the name.

Vegetarian options: They don't make good food here period.

Dietary restrictions: They do not try to be gluten free (they cross contaminate even if they use GF ingredients)

Their egg, cheese and plain bagel was good. That’s normally what I get.

Bagels are fantastic. Had a brisket sandwich and a jalepeno bagel separately. Great bagels and decent coffee, I will come back for breakfast the rest of my time in Boston. Only critique is the signage of where the pickup and order lines are. Took a moment to figure it out and watched countless others struggle also. Regardless, fantastic bagels

Visiting Boston for the weekend and was excited to try a bagel place near my hotel. My friend and I arrived at 1:20, the store closes at 2pm (which we knew, we simply wanted to get our bagels and leave). The older gentlemen who I assumed is the manager immediately says “We’re closing really soon”…..like yes we can read the sign you guys close in 40 minutes. He very clearly didn’t want to help us and we stood for a few minutes before he finally took my order. He then told my friend “Just reminding you I told your friend as well, we close soon “. Honestly the experience was off putting and the bagels were just okay. Won’t be back!

Pickup order was confusing. They didn't use the area marked for pickup. Go though the regular line instead.

Also, my order was 15 minutes late, and others did not match my order or the ticket on the bag. Overall a very poor experience.

This place gets a bad wrap in the reviews but the bagels 🥯 are actually really good! And among my fav in terms of their texture and flavour!

Coffee is amazing and with so many varieties too, of hot and cold!

The problem is the atmosphere is blah and service is spotty! From the tables you can see iconic Boston buildings, so if they spruced it up a bit and kept it clean what a difference it would make!

Also the people making the bagels are dialing it in! Pump some music, some fun and get people who are motivated and bam 💥 you would have a great spot on your hands!

Nothing special when you walk in but probably the best bagel I've ever eaten. I had the bacon & egg on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. Mmmm.

Never thought one could ruin the basic all bagel with cream cheese. They managed to do it.

Their website description is wonderful, their product miserable. Nothing to do with New York bagels. Bagel too small and their seasoning left nothing but a burnt taste in the mouth. Wrong blend of spices and poor execution. I can understand why the place was empty when I went there. Owners should take a trip to New York and find out what a real bagel is.

Inefficient and slow team, forgets items, serves wrong items. Bagel was tasteless. Coffee was watery and weak.

Parking: Impossible parking, unless you pay 30 dollars to a parking garage.

As good a bagel as you'll find outside NY. Nice selection of bagels and good coffee. I'm stopping there to pick up a dozen to fly home with.

Trouble bagels are old, and you can tell they have been three or four days old . The cream cheese and veggies were good. Give your old bagels to the trash not paying customers!
